All of Marine Hardware, Inc.’s rudders provide outstanding performance through optimum leading edge to suit the application. The diagrams below show dimensions of Marine Hardware’s standard outboard rudder assembly for boats of 28' to 40'. The design incorporates multiple o-rings to prevent leaks, and fits transom angles of 8º to 12º. Three different blade configurations are available, with a range of 120 to 170 square inches of area. Assembly comes complete with blade and post, transom housing, and tiller arm. An installation template is available, if required.
