Ours is a Government of law and not of men is a statement that provokes equality among the people of the government and the natural people of the Philippines. This Statement also says that no rulers even the president of a country especially our country is exempted to the laws and regulations of the constitution. The Constitution is the

only book that we based our judgments to the outlaws and criminals in stake. The constitution was made by the people but it doesn’t show that Our Government is unlawful and is a government of men. It states that our country is a Democratic Country in nature and the only important is the needs and aspirations of the people itself. Being a Democratic Country isn’t made for creating chaos and divisions among people it has its own LIMITATION and the Laws of Constitution is the guide for this Limitation so that our country and the government stays at the straight route and not as a government of men. Even though the one that is responsible for the making of the laws were the men it doesn’t tell that the lawmakers can bend these laws to their own good and interest the equality must remain and NO ONE is exempted to these laws but all the

people must abide and respect these laws.
