*Called to Worship Opening Hymn Christ the Lord Is Risen Today UMH 302 (1-4)
Invocation From Psalm 118
Leader: O give thanks to the Lord, for God is good!
People: God’s steadfast love endures forever! Leader: I thank you that you have answered me and have become my salvation.
People: The stone that the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.
Leader: This is the Lord’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.
ALL: This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.
Opening Prayer (in unison)
Almighty God, through your only Son you overcame death and opened to us the gate of
everlasting life. Grant that we who celebrate our Lord’s resurrection, by the renewing of
Spirit, arise from death of sin to the life of righteousness; through the same Jesus Christ
our Lord. Amen.

St. Luke’s United Methodist Women’s Spring Rummage Sale
DATE CHANGE
The Rummage Sale will be held on April 15 from 8:00-11:30 am, with the Bag Sale from 11:30 am-1:00 pm. All of the profits go to our mis-sion work, both locally and overseas.
How can YOU help? Several ways!
Bring items for the sale. Remember one person’s rummage may be another person’s treasure! Items may be placed in the closet in Fellowship Hall. If the door is locked, please see someone in the office for a key. Please do NOT leave rummage sale items in the hallway and/or inside the door. Also, please do NOT put anything in the Wesley Room until after Easter (March 27). Thank you!
We are looking for people to help. We will be sorting rummage on Thursday, April 14, beginning at 8:30 am. Workers are needed the day of the sale. People are especially needed for cleanup on April 15 after 1:00 pm. Lunch will be provided! Sign up clipboards can be found in the South Hall.
Come to the sale and buy, buy, buy!
Thank you in advance for your support!

Welcome Mark Beard, Our New Children’s & Youth Ministry Coordinator
St. Luke’s family, I would like to inform you that the
S/PPRC has hired a new Children’s & Youth ministry
Coordinator: Mark Beard. Mark is going to be another
addition to the church family as he comes to us with his
previous experience of working with youth and children.
Mark will officially start assuming his duties as our Chil-
dren’s & Youth Coordinator in the next few weeks.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Jes-
sica DuBord for her ministry to our children and youth
over the past six years. Jessica will continue to be part of
our church family and will also work together with Mark
to make a smooth ministerial transition. Please join me in
welcoming Mark Beard and thanking Jessica DuBord. —
