THE PREMIER LOUNGEThe Premier Lounge is our stunning second floor event space which is ideal for both ceremonies and
receptions. This space benefits from the double-height ceiling which floods the room with light.
A small outdoor seating balcony is available during day time hours.
Ceremony: 120 Wedding Breakfast: 100
Evening Reception: 120
THE GRACE ROOMThe largest room at the Pavilion, The Grace Room on the first floor can host larger ceremonies, wedding breakfasts and receptions. Contemporary décor, along with lots of natural daylight, this spacious setting is ideal for a grand affair.
Ceremony: 250 Wedding Breakfast: 250 Evening Reception: 300 (WITH CASUAL SEATING)
THE JESSOP ROOMThe Jessop Room on the ground floor has
beautiful wooden flooring throughout making for a great dance floor. And benefits from
easy access to a small covered terrace for daytime seating.
Ceremony: 120 Wedding Breakfast Buffet: 100
Evening Reception: 120 (LIMITED SEATING)
SUITESWe have a number of smaller suites which are ideal for a more intimate wedding breakfast for up to 15 guests. Small yet perfectly formed, each room benefits from lots of natural daylight, pitch views that are ideal for couples wanting to do something a bit different!

WEDDING PACK AGESThe Bristol Pavilion has a range of specially designed
packages available upon request. Or our dedicated event planners enjoy working on a bespoke basis with couples,
tailoring packages and menus to suit all budgets, tastes and theming ideas.
All of our packages come with a cash bar facility, tables with standard linen and chairs, and a cake knife.
FOODWe pride ourselves on creating menus which showcase the best of the region, with locally sourced and seasonal
produce all prepared from scratch by a talented culinary team.
Menu tastings are available once your package has been confirmed.
ENTERTAINMENT AND THOSE SPECIAL FINISHING TOUCHES
We work with a number of fabulous and trusted entertainment specialists and local suppliers.
Your event planner is happy to work with you to arrange all your entertainment needs (DJ’s bands, singers) and to style the venue so everything is just perfect
and ‘on theme’. Alternatively we can send you a list of recommendations from venue stylists, photographers
to photo booth and party game suppliers.
