Our Team September 2014 Client Newsletter Term 3 In our last newsletter we celebrated the fact that we have been teaching swimming for over twenty years now. In this brief article I would like to introduce you to some of the key people that are helping us as we continue to develop and improve our services. You may have met these guys at one of our sites in their role as Site Manager, but it may interest you to know what else they get up to… Kelston Site Manager Ashleigh Pushon is also responsible for training all our swimming instructors. With her background in education and as an outstanding instructor herself Ashleigh is well suited to this role and is continually updating and refining the Instructor Training Program. New Windsor Site Manager, Craig Shaw, has taken on the role of Marketing Dude. Craig is particularly interested in what you think and you may well see him around the other sites as he conducts research into our clients needs. Glenn Hamblyn, who manages the Mt Eden Site, is also the Head Coach for the Mt Eden Swimming Club. Glenn has represented New Zealand as a coach and has had swimmers competing internationally including the Beijing Olympics. Glenn is always looking for the swim school’s next Olympian. Our Massey Site Manager, Marie Harber, has been doing an excellent job researching & coordinating our I.T., revamping our website, updating the swim school software and establishing our Facebook page. Marie is also assisting me with the ever-growing H.R. duties. I am honored to be working with this young management team and excited about the plans we have for the Dean Greenwood Swim School in the future. We will keep you posted. Best wishes Dean Greenwood CLIENT NEWSLETTER TERM 3 August 2015 APRIL 2015 “CREATING AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE PEOPLE LEARN SKILLS FOR LIFE” SCHOOL SWIMMING ! Have a look at these swimmers!!
