Bandwidth.com was the 4th fastest growing privately held company in the US from 2003 through 2007, a position it achieved without acquisition or institutional funding. Prior to co-founding Bandwidth.com Henry founded Chapel Hill Brokers, an institutional energy derivatives broker that became the top ranked electricity broker in the US. Henry is currently Managing Partner for Sovereign’s Capital, an investment fund for Christian-led companies. Henry is also involved in a number of ministry and philanthropic activities. He co-founded and serves as Chairman of the Board of DurhamCares, and sits on the Board of Visitors at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He lives in Saratoga, CA with his wife Kimberley and their three sons. In her 15 years at Deloitte, Connie has held various marketing leadership positions. Prior to Deloitte, Connie held leadership positions in marketing, sales, and business development across multiple industries. She enjoys spending time with her family, mentoring young women, and investing in the lives of underprivileged women and children. She co-founded a Science, Arts & Math camp for kids in grades 1-12 that has been serving children over the past eight years. Connie is also on the board of Lighthouse for Women, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe shelters for oppressed and abused women and their children in India.
