2. Task Force – Planning and zoning. Want people at the rescheduled zoning and planning meeting Nov. 3 at 7:30 a.m.

- Financing. Lee has been approached by some financial institutions about financing for the new building. Will take to finance committee on Monday.

3. ReportsMinutes from Board of Lay Ministry received for review

New Business:1. Capital campaign. The committee is beginning to work on this issue. There will be an open

meeting. There are phone calls being made to families starting this week.2. Staff

Retirement of Gayleen – she did describe her position include the IT portion of her job.Positions – Director of Operations interviews. There were 9 interviews with one left. Sue, Joe and Mike. The interviews had gone well, one individual looked like might be a good fit. That individual is looking to do more from home than on site, so will need to discuss when completely through the interview process.

3. Convention nominee recommendations. We discussed the individuals and will recommend to the congregation the slate put forward at the voters meeting.

4. 2016 budget. Kent, Lee and Joe are meeting this week. Special meeting of MLC board set Tuesday October 27, 2015 at 5:30 to vote on budget.

5. Wedding fees see attachement. Decided to charge $150 for an individual to rent and $500 for another church or organization to rent.

4 groups – 10 leaders over 40 youth each week Each small group will pick a time to help with the Mobile Christmas Store.
