REVAMPING AND UPGRADE

MAFA Est. Facility for panel designing, fabrication and assembly: A secure and reliable power distribution system is an integral part of the production plant for which

interruption-free operation is crucial. We design, supply, install, test, and commission low/medium voltage

distribution systems including power and control cables.

A good power distribution design ensures:

Interruption-free operation with necessary power backups where required.

Segregation of various voltage sources and levels.

Optimum protection schemes.

Equipment layout with respect to safety, operation, fault diagnosis, and maintenance.

We propose cost effective solutions without compromising on quality, safety, and protection of electrical

EXPERT SERVICES FOR ENGINEERING, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING

Besides performing our projects on a turnkey basis, we also provide the services of our specialist engineers to perform engineering designs, factory acceptance tests, testing, and commissioning on site. These services can be hired on hourly or daily rate basis by local plants to act as a member of their team or by the main process suppliers and main contractors. Our personnel can be made available on short notice round the clock, thus avoiding long preparation time. While providing our support services, we can also help in on job training of the plant’s technical staff. For engineering services, we don’t hesitate to get the support of our partner companies where required to apply the latest technological advancements.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS AND SPARES MANAGEMENT We have a technically strong team dedicated to the maintenance and troubleshooting of automation systems. The team is based in Jeddah to take care of emergency calls on a very short notice. We have a minimum response time and our engineers are available round the clock, seven days a week. Our engineers are well capable to maintain and service PLC and DCS systems from Siemens. We also perform yearly maintenance contracts and spare parts management. Our maintenance engineers have helped our industrial clients to reduce dependency on foreign experts. Our maintenance services are not limited to preventive maintenance visits or emergency troubleshooting calls. We also keep track of the performance of the systems and record its operational data. Furthermore, we manage spare parts inventory so that the customer should keep only an optimum numbers for replacement and emergency.
