For every member of the family, there is a recipe that is inspired by their individual quirks and characteristics. Following on from Morgan’s crisp, fresh and innovative Giardiniera, we created Luciana’s Giardiniera.

Like all mothers, Luciana strives to “take the edge off” and restore the balance in the family. Hence the new recipe, which is more “rounded” and has a fuller flavour. It almost seems like it is homemade, thanks in part to

the fact that the vegetables are more finely cut. Our oldest child Giada Maria is a colourful and imaginative girl. For her, we have created the richest and most varied of our recipes. One of the most distinctive features of the

product is the attractive jar with a deep blue lid, which is dedicated to the colour of her eyes.Giada’s younger sister Anna Paola is a sweet-talking charmer who knows her own mind, so we have dedicated a recipe to her that contains the aromatic pairing of fresh chilli peppers and ginger for a sweet and sour flavour

with a spicy touch. It comes in a small jar with a bulging shape.Finally, there’s Giovanni: the inventive, vivacious baby of the bunch! For him, we have come upwith an innovative recipe that combines vegetables and fruit in a very sweet, aromatic blend.

We have chosen to work in partnership with the “Veneto” Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Organization, which supplies the ingredients for our products. We share the same philosophy, with a focus on supporting

and promoting high-quality fruit and vegetables from the Veneto region, which is a magnificent area of huge environmental significance.

The organization’s growers are mindful and constantly reminded of their role as guardians of the natural balance in the agricultural ecosystem. Therefore, they utilize cultivation techniques that minimize the impact on the environment.The production chain is meticulously organized and monitored in order to ensure that the end consumers receive fresh, healthy products. The “Veneto” Fruit and Vegetable Growers’ Organization has made sustainable horticulture a top priority and its number one objective, which it pursues through constant,

widespread training and campaigns to raise awareness.On this front, it works in partnership with the non-profit World Biodiversity Association Onlus (WBA), which

studies and safeguards biodiversity worldwide. Together with the WBA, it has developed new biodiversity monitoring techniques for the soil, water and air on farms, so that farmers can enhance and take control of

the quality of the environments in which they live and work.

Anna’s GiardinieraThe fresh chilli peppers and ginger add a crisp, aromatic quality to the

sweet and sour recipe, which is complemented by the salad onions. The chilli peppers and ginger should be savoured in small pieces and

alternated with the other vegetables.

Giovanni ’s GiardinieraThe singular selection of vegetables in this recipe varies with the seasons. They are accompanied by the sweetness of fruit.After sweet and sour marinading,they are preserved in mixed oil.

The single variety recipes have been created for people who want one type of vegetable in particular. The recipe used in all three cases is the same as that for Morgan’s Giardiniera, so the vegetables are crispy and fresh, with a sweet and sour flavour.

Morgan’s onions

Red onions from Veneto, capers from Pantelleria, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and organic sunflower oil.

Summer salad onion cultivars from Veneto, white wine vinegar, water, sugar, Cervia salt, extra virgin olive oil and organic sunflower oil.

The ingredients are at the heart of all of Morgan’s products. In Morgan’s Le eccellenze selection, the meticulous search for ingredients led to the selection of the most exquisite produce from the local area, which has been given an innovative twist.

The exceptional qualities of “PGI Balsamic Vinegar of Modena” are combined with an unconventional selection of vegetables in a creative new take on the classic Italian “pinzimonio” dip. It is a ground-breaking move in the world of Morgan, where sweet and sour flavours have always played a key role. For the first time, vinegar has been used on its own in this product, with no

added sugar. This paves the way to a new taste experience, with a stronger, bolder character, for real connoisseurs.The Pinzimonio also stands out from the other products due to its appearance. The brown hues of the vinegar give the

vegetables unique colouring with a slightly retro flavour, making them look like they have been roasted.

It can simply be poured into a large dish and enjoyed by itself, with warm durum wheat bread to dip into it, or it can be served with cured meats, boiled meat, anchovies and preserved mackerel.

When Morgan casts his sweet and sour spell, Cherry Belle radishes magically take on a pink hue, thus astonishing both the eyes and the palate. The distinctive earthy notes of raw radishes are toned down by steaming and the sweet and sour solution, producing a flavour that is bold but

also surprisingly soft and smooth.

Le eccellenze di Morgan

This recipe combines the superior qualities of Roma Tomatoes with the rich delights of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. It gives rise to velvety soft flavours, as the simplicity of the tomatoes is given a

refined touch by the elegant, exotic vanilla. Roma tomatoes have been chosen because of their fleshy, rather sugary properties, which make this creation by Morgan a real ode to sweetness.

Roma Tomatoeswith Bourbon Vanilla

Savour the product on its own, on a slice of crusty durum wheat bread. It can also be served with fresh dairy products and raw fish dishes. In addition, it marvellously complements al dente spaghetti. Add it cold after you have drained the pasta and simply crush it with a fork to release all of its juices and delights.

Roma tomatoes, Cervia salt, sugar, Bourbon vanilla, organic sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil.

Roma tomatoes have elongated forms like those of San Marzano

tomatoes, which are used for similar purposes. Due to their firm flesh

and strong skins, both varieties are mainly used in sauces or sieved.

By utilizing them in an unconventional manner, we wanted to give them a

refined touch and really bring out their distinctive sweetness.

The sunshine of the Southern Italian region of Basilicata is encapsulated by this new recipe, which contains aubergines like you have never seen them before. PDO Red Aubergines of Rotonda look like tomatoes, smell like prickly pears and have a delicately piquant flavour: rather than confusing the palate, these different sensations surprise your taste buds with playful expectation. Morgan has used the firm, crunchy aubergines in a light, clean-cut recipe. The sharp, slightly bitter aftertaste with citrus notes

is contrasted with his trademark sweet and sour qualities.

P D O Red Aubergineof Rotonda

Due to its appearance, in Basilicata the PDO Red Aubergine of Rotonda is known as the “merlingiana a pummadora” (“tomato aubergine”). Although it has well-established roots in the Pollino National Park area, its true origins lie much further south, in Africa. It was brought to Italy after the country’s colonial campaigns in Ethiopia.

DISTINCTIVE FEATURE*

The PDO Red Aubergine of Rotonda is delicious with cheese, grilled white meat and roast fish. It can add character to the filling of a gourmet sandwich or offer an original way to enhance the flavour of a mixed leaf salad with rocket and fresh basil.
