The area available for fabrication is approximately 15,000 m2, with overhead Cranes and is located in State of Qatar, New Industrial Area, PINK Zone. The facility is an overall 40,000 m2. The area dedicated for blasting & painting is approximately 3000 m2 equipped with the high technologies in this field located along with the fabrication area. Our mission and vision is to satisfy the client and cover the full chain of fabrication activities with technical assistance from certified 3rd parties/bodies if it is required. SHEARING MACHINE:
Our machine capacity to shear,
thickness up to 12 mm and 6 meter
wide as standard. The design of the
frame, cutting beam and back gauge to
ensure highest rigidity and resistance to
torsions and deformation. With the
strong design customer can get
maximum cutting quality.
BENDING MACHINE:
We have a capacity to bend up to 20 mm
Thickness Plate with the 320 Tonnage
force and width as 6 meter standard.
ROLLING MACHINE:
The Rolling machine has capacity to make
different steel shapes like Circle shell,
concentric conical shell, and Un-concentric
conical shell with maximum thickness of 30
mm and wide 3100 mm as standard
ELECPTICAL HEAD SHEAR AND FLANGING
MACHINE:
Our machine has capacity to make elliptical, Double
D and Circular shape and flange for the end caps
and Baffles
CNC AND OXY FUEL PLASMA CUTTING
MACHINE:
CNC Plasma and oxy fuel cutting machining has
a capacity to cut the maximum 100 mm
thickness and 3000mmx15000mm width and
length as standard. The machine able to cut the
different type and different hardness materials
like Hardox, Domex, Stainlesssteel etc…
PAINTING BOOTH:
We provide world class finishing
solution for all types of steel products.
The modernization of our paint booth
will give complete control over dust,
temperature, and humidity factor.
BLASTING BOOTH:
Our sand blasting room is primarily for
big steel structural parts, vessels, trailer
chassis to remove the rust spot, rusty
layer and scale cinder on steel to obtain
uniform, smooth and glossy metal
surface allowing improved coating
quality and higher anti-corrosion
performance.
