Freedom Series Portable Only OPERATION: With the Helmet removed, Portable Radio microphone and earphone audio are present at the Speakermic. The Speakermic is muted, and communications are automatically re-routed to the helmet headset when the Rider dons his helmet. The Motor Kit wirelessly provides an additional remote handlebar Portable Radio Push-to-Talk control switch, and also a second Push-to-Talk control switch for PA (Public Address). Activation of the PA feature allows Helmet microphone audio to be wirelessly broadcast over the Motor Siren System.

Autoswitching Wireless

Autoswitching Wireless, Portable / Mobile Dual Radio Motor Kit is designed to accommodate officers who use their Helmet Headset with both their Portable Radio and their Mobile Motorcycle Radio, and require “seamless” helmet communications at all times. The system wirelessly connects the helmet headset to the motorcycle radio when the officer is on his motor, and to his portable radio when he dismounts – automatically with no switches and no cables to plug and unplug. All this without a tether cable to the motor…

Mobile Only WirelessSimply put your helmet on, turn on your radio, and you’re ready to go!Total freedom…the Motor-One™ Mobile Only System offers a “Zero Cables” solution. Designed for the officer who:Needs a headset to work with his motor-mounted radio, and who removes his helmet frequently. The System:Provides both transmit and receive audio capability at the helmet headset. Mobile radio transmissions using the headset are activated by a handlebar mounted push-to-talk (PTT) switch. A second PTT switch at the handlebars allows activation of the motorcycle siren public address (P.A.) system, allowing the officer the ability to broadcast from the helmet microphone to direct traffic, for example, without removing his hands from the handlebars. All this with no cables to tether you to the motor!
