the difference between weather and climate? The differences between weather and climate are many. One difference between these two is that climate is the current and the past weather in certain areas, it is also the average weather over a large span of time. Weather, on the other hand, is the state of the air in the atmosphere at a particular time period. Another difference is that weather can be predicted by meteorologist and technology in difference climate can be predicted based on an average data. Also climate can include humidity, sunshine, precipitation and phenomena such as storms that can last a very long period of time. Weather can include rain cloud cover, freezing rain, flooding blizzards and even thunderstorms. In conclusion, weather is the day a day climate. Can change a little during one day to the other. Meanwhile, climate is the change of weather in a time period, which means the changes are greater than in weather. "

SECTION 3"Causes of climate change"DEFORESTATION: It is the cutting of trees. This can be in big and little amounts. It really affects the environment because trees are responsible of given oxygen to the environment. When a big amount of trees are cutted, the amount of oxygen becomes less and the amount of co2 in the atmosphere becomes greater. This happens because trees are composed of 50% CO2 and when they are cut down, it comes back to the atmosphere. Studies show that each year, more than 13 millions hectares are deforested, which means more co2 in the earth atmosphere. "

GREEN HOUSE EFFET: is a layer in the atmosphere that trap heat from the sun. this layer is formed of different gasses.

this heat trap is balanced by the gasses in the layer but if the amount of gases is altern then the temperature can change. the burning of fossil fuels, deforestation and more can affected "

and give more C2 to the atmosphere and that makes the temperature of the earth changed not naturally."

!!ANIMAL REARING"

one not very known reason that causes the greenhouse effect is the excessive animal rearing. the places that do this gives out the 14% of the contamination gases. What happens is that during the process of fermentation, some gasses come out like methane and titanium oxide. this gases are also caused because of the tons of urine and the excrement that the animals produce. "

BURNING FOSSIL FUELS: the burning of fossil is when coal, oil or other gases are burned to create energy or any other resource. this makes the gases burned release Co2 and more gases that in a big a mount of them arent good for the environment. this also can cause a bigger greenhouse effect or even acid rain. "

VOLCANIC ERUPTION: A volcano eruption gives out many destructive gasses into the atmosphere. the most destructive one is sulphur dioxide. in the higher part of the atmosphere, the sulphur dioxide converts into stratospheric pollution that takes years to disappear. when there is pollution caused by volcanic eruptions, reflect the solar energy back to space, making the climate in earth cooler. when the pollution disappear, the solar energy becomes higher in the part that was polluted. "

BAD ASPECTS: "

there are many disease that spread with warm climate in insects, specially with flys for example the malaria. his insects need warm climate to live and, with the climate change, the temperature will grow in many places in the world, making them expose to this diseases. If the temperature increases, there will be malaria and other deadly diseases in places like Quito and many other cities and contrys that disease like this are not common. "

with global warming, the ice in the arctic ocean will melt, living a open ocean letting boats to go through it. This means that many cargo ships could pass in there, making a new route of trade from the atlantic to asia. this means that the time of trade will be less and therefore more money to many places it had not before. everyone in the earth knows climate has change dramatically. you can see the effects everywhere and its all over the news. scientist investigate and came to the conclusion that the problem is how Co2 is increasing. this is why there is global warming. climate change it is happening, but there are people who say that humans are not responsable of this change. most of the people believe we have to do something about it, but because of this other type of people, we don’t make anything about it. we make a lot of important stuff for ourselves that leave Co2 into the air, and i my opinion most of the population is selfish. also big companies that gives many co2 say that humans doesn't affect and that is natural. this 2 causes make the people careless about the situation and they don’t give importance. the solution i will give to solve this problem that affect manny people everyday and ti would affect the earth n the future, is by increasing the knowledge to people and to big companies. we could offer alternatives to the companies in order to decrease co2. give talks to big companies and investigate of how we could decrease it. also we could decrease this by increasing the amount of electrical cars because cars give a lot of pollution everyday, every minute in every city in the world. if car companies would make more electric cars, in the future people would contaminate less. another solution we could do is riding a bicycle or sharing cars with more people, and this we would achieve by increasing the knowledge. humans are selfish with this situation, but is not our fault, the thing is we have to know the problems this is causing to us and what will cause to our home now and in the future. people have to know about this and we could make a significant impact on our world. !!!In my opinion climate change is a terrible thing that is happening. Many of its causes are happening because of humans fault. many big industries of the world use the burning of coal to get energy for their power plants. Burning coal is a big causer of the execs of C02 in the atmosphere. All of this makes the earth have a bigger greenhouse effect and make the earth warmer. Also there now a days there are overpopulation in may places around the world. over population also causes climate changes because there are more cars that emit smog and that contains gases that also make a bigger greenhouse effect. another thing is that many countries are draining petroleum and selling it to other countries and this countries burn this fossil fuels causing more and more C02.The reasons why i think think that humans aren’t trying to stop climate change is because first, this big industries have a lot of power over the world and they make people believe that they aren’t causing climate change by paying a lot of money so pole wont protest a giants them. Also i think that people don’t believe that one person can make a big change, so they are afraid to step out alone. But if someone hows people how climate is really changing the world they would hop to stop it.
