OUR PHYSICAL MEDICINE & REHABILITATION CLINIC IS MOVING

Your next physical medicine and rehabilitation session will be at the Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center, just two blocks north of Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center was built from the ground up to be one of the best rehabilitation facilities in the country and features a new, state-of-the-art outpatient setting, with the latest technology in physical and rehabilitative medicine. And it’s all supervised by the same medical team you know. Your doctors are moving to the Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center, too, and will be waiting for you when you arrive.

On the day of your appointment, go to the Christine E. Lynn Rehabilitation Center at 1611 N.W. 12th Avenue. There is ample parking available just north of the building’s main entrance, as well as a parking lot with both regular and handicap parking spaces directly in front of the building. There is also the nearby Park Plaza West (Green) Garage if needed. All of our parking options are free for the first two hours. You can also drive up to the covered drop-off area in front of the main entrance doors prior to parking your vehicle. Then just come inside to our main lobby and register at the front desk. You’ll be taken to the second floor where our new physical medicine and rehabilitation clinic is now located.

And one more thing. Your medical records will now be accessed through the Jackson Patient Portal. You can find more information on registering and logging in by visiting MyJacksonHealth.org.
