Other projects

One project automatically opens the door to others. Among the additional projects we have undertaken is the conversion project. This entails the manual conversion of the catalogue cards of the printed national bibliography of legal deposit materials and all other library material.

DEA - Digital Archive of Estonian newspapers(1821-1944) http://dea.nlib.ee

Next is the national digital archives project: in this connection, the Estonian Libraries Network Consortium has undertaken to create a microfilm digitalization center. We will scan the microfilmed materials of libraries and archives and make this material available on the Web. We have almost finish work with old newpapers and will start work with magasines.
