Wednesday, March 23, 2016 − 7:30 p.m. Tenebrae Cathedral Choir Paul Monachino, conductor The choir sings from the triforium choir loft for this somber and reflective service of Holy Week. Traditional Latin motets, psalms, and the Lamentations of Jeremiah are sung. Sunday, April 10, 2016 − 3:00 p.m. Bowling green state university College of Musical Arts Trumpet Ensemble Charles Saenz, conductor O ur region is home to many talented musicians and the 2015-2016 Cathedral Concert Series will present a sampling of this rich treasure with perfor- mances of classical guitar, organ, voice and trumpets! The Toledo Symphony continues its collaboration with a presentation of Mozart’s beloved “Requiem” and the cathedral welcomes everyone for Christmas caroling with choirs, brass and the cathedral’s Skinner organ! All concerts are presented without an admission charge (except for the Toledo Symphony concert).
