Chapel Open for Limited Visits

Feel free to make a short visit to our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. The chapel is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. To help in providing a safe environment that is available to all, please adhere to the fol-lowing rules: · Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer be-fore and after visiting the chapel · Maintain a minimum 6 feet social distance from non-family members · Please keep visits short to allow everyone an opportunity to spend time with our Lord · Please avoid touching furniture or any ob-jects unless absolutely necessary · Wearing of face masks is highly recom-mended

UPDATED MASS NFORMATION What if someone does not feel safe coming to church because they are in a high-risk group? Bishop Brennan’s dispensa on from Sunday Mass for all the faithful is s ll in effect and will likely con nue for many months to come. Anyone that is in a high-risk group due to age and/or preexis ng health condi ons will not only be excused from any obliga on to physically come to Mass but will be encouraged not to come for their sake. Self-screen Before You Come to Mass: All parishioners are asked to do a self-screen before you come to Mass. If you or anyone in your family ex-hibits symptoms of the Coronavirus you need to stay at home for your health and the health of the other faithful coming to Mass. How do the ckets for Mass work? Masses in the Church (5:30 pm Vigil; 10:00 AM Spanish; Noon; and 2:00 PM) will be simulcast for viewing in Notre Dame Hall. Entrance to either the church or the hall will require a cket for the family. Family ckets come in two sizes: 3 persons MAX and 5 persons MAX All the persons admi ed on a single cket will sit together but be socially distanced from other families.

• Individuals, couples, and any family of three or less should select a “3 persons MAX” cket • Families of four or five should select a “5 persons MAX” cket • Families with more than 5 persons can select mul ple ckets and should try to accommodate their family in the most efficient way possible. For example: * A family of 6 should try to reserve two “3 persons MAX” ckets * A family of 7-8 people should reserve one “3 persons MAX” cket and one “5 persons MAX” ckets * A family of 9-10 people should reserve two “5 persons MAX” ckets

Choose the upcoming weekend Mass and reserve the cket(s) for the Mass me and loca on you would like. You will then receive an email that includes a printable cket. We will con nue to live stream the 5:30 Vigil Mass on Facebook. Shortly a er the Mass is completed, a link

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Bereavement Ministry

The Mission of this Ministry is to bring together people who are dealing with loss and grief in the death of a loved one. The purpose of the group is to provide mutual support in sharing the void left in our lives by the death of our loved one. This has been helpful to some in the adjustment that must be made as life is readjusted with the changes that face one. This is a support group, not a therapy group, and it is conducted in a safe confidential environment where education and encouragement are given. The novenas and visits to the bereaved, that once were a part of the culture of Catholic families to-ward each other, are difficult for families to achieve in today's busy lifestyles. The church family tries to provide a place of comfort, empa-thy, and understanding, where one can deal with feelings that may arise at times. A place where one can talk of their loved one and no one will suggest that one should be "over it," as some have related has been said to them by well-meaning family and friends. Some people have been surprised to learn that memory loss, lack of appetite, and loss of interest in activities they once enjoyed, can be part of nor-mal grief in the loss of the special someone. As time goes by, the joy of living does return in most people. It may take a year or two for people who were there for each other daily for twenty or thirty years, or more. Don't isolate yourself, as that can lead to depres-sion and other health problems. Please join this group, or another church group, to help you cope at this difficult time in your life. The Bereavement Ministry normally meets on the second and fourth Saturday of each month from 1 pm to 2:15 pm at Harvard House, behind Notre Dame Hall - 689 Harvard St., Clovis, CA. We are currently awaiting permission to resume some-time later this year. Our ministry has been meet-ing for fifteen years. Your parish family is here for you!
