In our first reading we learn that knowing God’s way and plans comes only through the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. In today’s epistle, Paul urges Philemon to be merciful to his runaway slave, who served Paul in prison, and accept him back not as a slave but a brother. In the Gospel, Jesus tells the crowds what is required to be his disciple; placing discipleship above relationships, possessions and their own lives.

Faith Formation 1st Communion Classes will start Thursday, September 5th from 6:30 - 8:00 PM in the Parish Hall. Faith Formation classes will start on Wednesday, September 11th at 6:30 PM in the Parish Hall for g r a d e s f r o m k i n d e r - 8 t h g r a d e . Pre-Confirmation or Confirmation 1 will start on Thursday, September 12th from 6:30 - 8:30 PM in the Parish Center and will continue every Thursday.

Labor Day Holiday

The Parish Office will be closed for the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 2, 2019.

Confirmation Class 2020 Orientation Orientation and first day will be held on Sunday, September 8, 9:45AM, in the parish hall and conclude with 12PM Mass. Candidates and parents are required to attend and stay for the entire duration. Class 2020 Registration High school teens that have completed Confirmation I or Catholic high school first year theology are invited to register for Confirmation II on Saturday, August 24 at 4:00 PM in the Parish Center.
