Advent Scripture Study
Tuesday Evenings
The Catholic Adult Faith Enrichment (CAFÉ) team
is offering an Advent Scripture Study beginning
this Tuesday, November 24. We will gather as a
small faith-sharing group to review and discuss the
readings for the upcoming Sunday liturgy. The
class will meet from 7:00-8:00 pm in Classroom 1
of the SPC. Because Tuesday, December 8, is the
Feast of the Immaculate Conception, we will select
a different meeting night for that one week. There
is no cost for this class, no homework assignments,
and you may attend just one or two sessions or all
four.
To register or for more information please call Paul
Harkins at 610-466-7494, Sue Brown at 610-857-
2026, or send email to [email protected].
We hope you will join us!

R.C.I.A-Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults
Are you someone who was baptized a Catholic but never received the Sacrament of First Communion and/or
Confirmation?
Are you someone who has a family member or friend who is a Catholic and is interested in finding out more
about the Catholic faith?
Are you someone who was baptized in a non-Catholic Christian faith and are now interested in converting to
Catholicism?
Are you someone who was never baptized and would like to be a member of our Catholic Church?
If you are an adult (18 years or older) and you answered “Yes” to any one of these questions, then the Rite of
Christian Initiation of Adults is for you.
The RCIA is a faith journey in which you deepen your relationship with God and make friendships with other
candidates and team members through bible study, faith sharing, and learning about the teachings of the
Catholic Church.
Adults are then fully initiated into the Catholic Church through the Sacraments of Baptism, First Communion,
and Confirmation at the Easter Vigil.
If you area interested in participating in RCIA for this coming year, please contact the rectory at 610-857-
3510 or Janice Dagney at 610-857-0511. Classes began Sunday, October 4.
