ONLINE GIVING
As we head into summer, please consider signing up for online giving for your weekly contributions. This way of giving lessens the worries you may have about contributing consistently and it lessens our worries because we know we have the steady donations of those who are away or cannot make particular weekends and participate in this program. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) forms can be found on all the tables around the church. Simply fill out the form and return to Sharon in the parish office . You can also call Sharon at 781-894-3481 x2 and sign up over the phone. If you should have any questions, please contact the parish office.
Seminarian Joe Hubbard will be ordained a deacon by Cardinal Seán O’Malley on Saturday, June 8 at 10:00am at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross. Deacon Joe will then serve at Mass for the first time as a deacon and preach his first homily on Sunday, June 9 at 9:30am at his home parish, St. Francis Xavier in South Weymouth. He will serve as deacon and preach here at Our Lady’s on Sunday, June 16. This is his last major step in the process of becoming a priest, and we look forward to having Deacon Joe with us for his final year in seminary! All are invited to attend his ordination.
May God bless Seminarian Joe as he continues his faith filled journey.
ARCHDIOCESAN SCOUTING AWARDS MASS

Congratulations to all of the achievements of young Scouts, teen award recipients and the adult volunteers invested in Catholic Scouting.

PRAYER FOR OUR MILITARY
Heavenly Father, we humbly ask Your protection for all our men and women in military service who cannot be with their family. Give them unflinching courage to defend with honor, dignity and devotion the rights of all who are imperiled by injustice and evil. Guard our churches, our homes, our schools, hospitals, factories, all buildings and all those within from harm and peril. Amen.
“The right to life is the first among human rights” Pope Francis
ST. VINCENT DEPAUL BOXES
Our Lady’s St. Vincent dePaul continues to quietly help many people without fundraising. The only income comes from occasional donations from parishioners, but mostly from the 4 blue metal boxes we have located at the doors of the church. Perhaps the next time you walk in OR out of church, you might notice the box and drop some coins or more which will greatly be appreciated. Thank you for your kindness.
For those who enjoy playing the game, Our Lady’s holds Bingo every Friday night. Doors open at 5:00pm and Bingo starts at 6:45pm. The proceeds raised go towards Our Lady’s Academy.
WILL OR BEQUEST GIFTS When considering gifts to a charity in your Will or Trust, please remember Our Lady’s.

CATHOLIC APPEAL UPDATE
Thank you to those who have already generously given to The Catholic Appeal. The goal assessed for our parish is $47,359. Your generous contributions not only matter to the appeal, but in the end, also helps OUR LADY’S PARISH, as we are responsible to pay the difference not raised.
***As of May 21, our gift and pledge amount is $49,950. Of that $49,950, pledges still outstanding are $10,616 which means people that have pledged an amount have not sent in their donation. Please, if you made a pledge to the Catholic Appeal, make the payment. As we have stated above, whatever amount of our goal that is not reached, our parish responsible for the difference. Thank you.
DIVINE MERCY CHAPLET
The Divine Mercy Chaplet will be prayed after the 8:00am daily Mass. It will begin roughly five minutes after the Mass ends. There will be a five minute quiet prayer time before the Divine Mercy Chaplet begins.
During the month of May, every Saturday at 3:00pm the Divine Mercy Chaplet will be said followed by the Rosary at 3:15pm. All are welcome to join.
