DOUBLE GIRDER EOT CRANES

Shivpra Cranes offers a wide range of Double Girder EOT Cranes that confirm to various Indian Standards. GANTRY/GOLIATH CRANES

These are heavy duty, high speed cranes which are built for continuous operation. At Shivpra, we design each of these cranes from the ground up, keeping in mind the requirement of the customers. STEEL MILL DUTY CRANES

Hundreds of Shivpra manufactured Steel mill duty Cranes are working to the satisfaction of our customers in various steel plants. Repeated orders from them are a testimony of their satisfaction towards our product.

Transfer cars/trolleys are generally used to transfer scrap, Sponge Iron, steel, ladle and other such materials.

SINGLE GIRDER CRANES

Single Girder Cranes are generally used in production units and warehouses where space maybe a constraint. These overhead or under slung cranes can be fitted across different floor areas according to the need of productivity.

Flameproof cranes are mostly used in areas where the crane is exposed to explosive gases. All parts of the crane system are forged from the highest quality raw materials to deliver time-tested performance.

The drive in our flameproof cranes consists of flameproof motor, brakes, switches,

control panels and push buttons. All electrical fittings are also flameproof and are suitable for Gas groups I, II A and II B.

Flameproof/Explosion protected technology is used in many industries such as Chemical and petro-chemical, mining, power generation, food and pharmaceutical industries, etc.

Cane unloaders are primarily used in the sugar industry while processing sugar-cane in bulk.

We design and deliver state of the art Grab/Sling type unloaders which unload the canes from vehicles automatically with a single man operation. Unloaders with feeder tables are also available with us.

SEMI EOT CRANES

SEMI GANTRY CRANESWe design and build these crane systems in different sizes and with varied load bearing capacities according to our client’s specifications.

Minimal time is required to assemble these cranes, resulting in low costs for erection and commissioning.

Shivpra Cranes manufactures a full range of precision-engineered Electric Hoists consisting of chain hoists and wire rope hoists.

GRAB BUCKETS




Capacity Up to 10 cu.m

ELECTRIC HOISTSGrab buckets are used to handle Sponge Iron, Scrap Iron, Mill Scale, Limestone, Coal, BFG Slag, Fertilizers and other such materials.

These are powered mechanically or hydraulically and are very durable and easy to operate.

We offer a wide range of bottom blocks that are designed and manufactured in accordance with the Indian Standards.

We stock complete bottom block assemblies in a wide variety of sizes and configurations and we also stock the items such as hooks, frames, pins, sheaves, bearings and safety latches that commonly wear out.

Our bottom blocks are made to accurate dimensions and are sturdy, corrosion resistant and robust in nature with high tensile strength and have a very long life.

Our professionals work in co-ordination with the customers to bring them the most advanced range of hook blocks as per their specifications.

We manufacture bottom blocks currently up to 200 Tons lifting capacity, however we are equipped to manufacture bottom blocks with higher lifting capacities as well.

We have a large range of gearboxes which are manufactured in-house with high quality raw material. Our crane-duty gearboxes are very durable , robust and reliable.

Accuracy and precision are maintained throughout the manufacturing process to produce the final product with maximum efficiency.
