3rd-Party Construction Inspections We offer 3rd-party inspection services for natural gas distribution and transmission construction projects. We also offer independent auditing services for natural gas construction projects to verify compliance to applicable standards and procedures.

OQ/PJQ Training and EvaluationOur team leads the industry in years of experience, making our credentials second to none. We provide training and evaluations that qualify contractors and gas operators to be in compliance with state and federal regulations.

We specialize in providing 3rd-party evaluations and qualification services according to DOT compliance standards.

Land SurveyOur surveyors are experts in land boundary determination, collection of detailed as-built information, and detailed topographic and planimetric mapping for the design, construction and continued operation of natural gas facilities. We own and operate 3D laser scanners, UAVs and GPS equipment to complete required surveys within specified accuracy standards. We focus on safe and efficient methods to return accurate and concise survey information as a fundamental component of your projects.

Headquartered in Fillmore, Utah, we are centrally located to direct operations for clients from Colorado to California and Washington to Arizona. The map to the right indicates the locations we currently serve.
