Dome Tours & AftaCollaborationDome & AFTA are independent UK tour operators specialising in Hajj & Umrah packages. Trading since 2002, they have earned a reputation as outstanding licensed Hajj & Umrah Operators.

Both companies have received a number of accolades over the

years. Dome Tours collected the Excellence in Hajj Facilitation

Award in 2012 and won the Best UK Hajj Operator Award for

2017, 2018 & 2019. AFTA Tours won success as the Best Umrah

Company in 2017 and were finalists for the Best Luxury Hajj

Company 2018.

For the first time, Dome and AFTA have announced a

partnership agreement to promote their Hajj services, offering

pilgrims a broader choice of Hajj packages.

Dome Tours is blessed with having a unique team that has been

together in the service of Hajj pilgrims for nearly 20 years. Our

guides are experienced and fully committed to supporting our

pilgrims at every stage of the journey. Around twenty members

of the team fly from the UK and are then joined by fifteen others

locally. Our team consists of skilled professionals from various

backgrounds and collectively speak English, Arabic, Urdu,

Punjabi, Bengali, French, German, Dutch, Spanish and Tagalog.

Many members of the team are certified first aiders and, in

addition to our internal Hajj workshops, attend regular courses

in Health and Safety, Crisis Management and Customer

Relations.

For a number of years, we have been exploring ways in which we

can make the performance of Hajj a more sustainable experience.

In 2019, Dome Tours was accepted as a member and affiliate of

Green Tourism, a global accrediting body for sustainability in

tourism.

Nearly three million Muslims from around the world perform

Hajj each year, which means that the Hajj has an enormous

environmental footprint. As well as performing Hajj, it is our

ethical and religious duty to look after the planet as we complete

this pillar of our faith. During Hajj, a huge quantity of waste is

generated, including plastic bottles, packaging and food. Water

wastage and vehicles fumes are other such examples. The direct

result of all this pollution damages the health of the pilgrims and

causes litter which chokes public infrastructure and is an eyesore.

During our journeys, we advise and give guidance to all our

travellers on how to maximise the benefits of travelling green.

The Dome Tours Hajj Experience begins in the UK. Once a

reservation is confirmed we engage with our pilgrims on a regular

basis. This engagement encompasses education and practical advice

by way of:

ArafatAccommodation in Arafat is in air-conditioned tents

Lunch, fruits and soft drinks will be served.

A roll up mattress will be provided to be used in

Arafat and Muzdalifa.

MinaOur camp in Mina (known as the VIP Camp) is

conveniently located near the Jamarat, with a walking

distance of only 5-10 minutes. From here, pilgrims can

complete the pelting ritual with ease.

The camp is less crowded so toilet facilities are

cleaner and less busy.

Accommodation is in air-cooled tents where each

pilgrim will be provided with an individual sofa-bed,

blanket and pillow.

During the days of Hajj, complimentary breakfast,

lunch and dinner will be provided daily.

Tea, Coffee, cold drinks and fruits will be made

available at all times.

MuzdalifaPlease note there are no tents in Muzdalifa, however

we will be in the designated area provided by the Hajj

Ministry.

Dinner and soft drinks will be served in Muzdalifah.

Choice of a light mattress or camping bed will be

provided in Muzdalifa.
