My father Mr. A. Subramanian (Deceased) had availed the above loans at your 

Pavoorchatram Branch and both the loans were not closed due to the business loss,

drought and sickness. I am not in a position to close the loans due to my poor 

financial position. I may kindly be permitted to close the loans under One Time

Settlement of Rs.3,12,000 (Rs Three lakhs Twelve thousand only) in total.

Eventhough I am in severe financial crunch I offer this amount to settle the loan

I will remit the entire amount within 15 days of your acceptance letter.
