The Citi APAC O&T Management Associate Program
Program Definition and Selection Criteria
The Asia O&T Management Associate Program is a 2 year developmental program that aims to groom high potential junior talent to enable them to take on critical mid career positions within Operations & Technology. The program is uniquely designed to provide participants with a mix of challenging cross functional and cross country assignments, comprehensive training programs tailored on competencies that are critical for next generation leaders, personalized coaching and mentoring opportunities and exposure to senior management.
Eligibility
Post graduate degree from a premier B school.

“The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a 2-year program that aims to accelerate development
and provide breadth of experience for employees to become future leaders in Asia Pacific Operations
& Technology. LDP provides geographical, functional, and product rotations, intensive training,
mentoring, networking and exposure to senior management, which participants are empowered to
use to meet career objectives.”

Exceptional performance during the one year in-country rotation
Strong, long-term commitment to a career in Asia Pacific Operations & Technology
Must be mobile; willing to live and work outside current country of residence for the duration of the
program

Final Rotation- is split into two separate assignments. The first one would be for 8months in a business
group different from the previous rotation. The second assignment would be in one of the front line
