Tell us your inspiring storyWhen we asked LeeAnn what motivated her as an occupational therapist, she

shared this touching story with us. We invite you to relate your remarkable,

Last week, the mom o one o my young clients sent me a picture o her son on afoatie in the lake, wearing shorts. Receiving that picture was a moving momentor me. This boy has sensory processing disorder and, beore therapy, he prettymuch stayed in his room doing puzzles because o his tactile deensiveness. Now

he can go swimming with the amily, he can participate in preschool, he canhang out with riends, he can hug his mom. What we teach our clients mayseem like simple, everyday skills, but it can be lie-changing or themand orthe people around them.
