Before using your Oskar® Mini• Washtheprocessingbowl,coverandall
attachmentsinwarmwaterusingamilddetergent.Dryeachpartthoroughlybeforeuse.
• Beforeyouassemblethefoodprocessor,ensurethatthepowercordisunplugged.
1.Placethemotorbasefacingyouonadry,levelsurface.
2.Placetheprocessingbowlontothemotorbase,thebowlwillonlysitcorrectlyonthebasewhenthehandleispositionedtotheright,seefigure1.
3.Rotatethehandleclockwisetolock,asindicatedbythegraphicsontheleftsideofthemotorbase,seefigure2.
4.Positionthelidontotheprocessingbowl.Youwillnoticeasolidgreyarrow�totheleftoftheholdingliponthelid,whenplacingthelidontothebowlthisarrowneedstoalignwiththesolidgreyarrow�onthehandleofthebowl.Tolock,turnthelidclockwise,asindicatedbythegraphics,onthetopofthehandle,seefigure3.

poweroutletandturnthepower‘ON’.2.UsingtheOn/Offbuttononthecontrol
panel,pressoncetostartprocessing.ThePulsefunctionremainsonaslongasthePulsebuttonispresseddown.Furtheringredientscanalsobeaddedwhileprocessingbypouringthroughthefeedtubeoncethefoodpusherhasbeenremoved.
3.Afteryouhavecompletedprocessing,presstheOn/Offbuttontostopprocessing.

Using the Feed TubeThemostimportantfactorforsuccessfulslicingandshreddingisthewayinwhichthefoodisplacedintothefeedtube.
When slicing, shredding and gratingCutallingredientstoasizethatfitscomfortablyintothefeedtube.Packthefeedtubeand,whileholdingfoodsteadyanduprightwiththefoodpusher,pressdownevenlyuntilallingredientsareslicedorshredded.Themorefirmlyyoupush,thethickertheslicesorshreds.Donotuseexcessiveforceoryoumaydamagethefoodprocessor.
Note: Neverusefingerstopushfooddownthefeedtube.Alwaysusethefoodpusher.
For best results when slicing.Thefeedtubeshouldalwaysbepackedfirmlytoalloweachpieceoffoodtosupporttheothers.Therewillalwaysbeasmallportionoffoodleftunprocessedbetweenthefoodpusherandtheblade.

DisassemblyWhenprocessingiscompleted,removethecoverfromtheprocessingbowlfirstandthenremovetheprocessingbowlwiththeprocessingbladestillinplace.Toremovetheprocessingbowlfirstlyunlocktheprocessingcoverbyrotatingitinaanti-clockwisedirectionuntilthecoverisunlocked.
