I agree, the price is ‘pricey’ but on the other hand, you pay for what you get, and if your serious about Walking and Exploring then this devise is the one for you, and will keep you safe!

Easy to use both in the outdoors and at home when planning your trips, thanks to the simple interface and free BaseCamp software that you download for your PC or Mac. Using the included USB cable to connect the eTrex 30 to your computer you can manage your maps and routes before transferring them easily to the GPS's internal memory, or via a microSD card. Wireless transfer capability allows you to transmit data.

This devise is technically outstanding! To keep it in good condition, you just need to watch out for dropping it and if any dirt gets on the screen then make sure you wipe it thoroughly. To help you find where you are going this OS Map devise is by far the best of the best, I would highly recommend this product!
