Reductions:

Early bookings:o 15% discountfor reservations made and fully paid until 25.10.2013.o 10% discountfor reservations made and fully paid until 25.11.2013.

Changes in early booked reservations are not allowed. If there are changes the reservation iscalculated on regular rates.

Payment and cancellation conditions:

For New Years period a fully payment is required until 10.12.201 3. Reservations made after10.12.2013 require fully payment until 48 hours after confirmation. Hotel keeps the right to cancel

the reservation if the payment is not made in terms and within deadlines. If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, one night is charged as

compensation (excluding New Year period).

If the reservation for New Year`s period /High season/ is cancelled after 10.12.2012 the wholeamount of the reservation will be charged as compensation.

Other conditions:

The capacity of the apartments is for minimum 2 and maximum 4 persons (2+2). All rooms in the hotel consist of two regular beds. All other beds in rooms are extra ones. The hotel reserves its right to change the prices and conditions. Complaints are made within 7 days after the last date of the service. Check in: 2:00pm. Check out: 12:00pm.
