Motorcycle Oil Havoline® Power 2T

Havoline® ATF-J

JASO 315, Type 1-A Havoline® ATF-J is a high performance, multipurpose automatic transmission fluid (ATF) formulated in hydrocracked base oils which provide outstanding oxidation resistance. It is specially engineered for Japanese passenger car automatic transmissions which require fluid properties different to conventional ATF. Havoline® ATF-J is suitable for use where the following fluid specifications are recommended: Toyota Type IV, Nissan Matic J, Mitsubishi Diamond SP-III, Honda ATF-Z1.

Texamatic® 1322S

Texamatic® 1322S is a proven performance automatic transmission fluid suitable for use in passenger car, light truck and bus automatic transmissions which require GM DEXRON-IIIG fluids. It is formulated with mineral base oils in combination with a range of balanced

additives to provide smooth shifts and lock-ups, durable fluid performance throughout service life, high and low temperature protection and outstanding wear protection.

Greases Automotive Grease: Multifak EP 2 Multipurpose EP grease contains highly refined mineral base oils, lithium thickener, extreme pressure (EP) additives and rust and oxidation inhibitors. Suitable as a multipurpose automotive and industrial applications.

Industrial Grease: Texclad 2 Texclad 2 is a heavy duty, adhesive, open gear grease manufactured from high viscosity mineral oil and a water stabilised calcium soap thickener. It is fortified with graphite and molybdenum disulfide. It has a smooth, buttery texture, is black in colour and is available in NLGI grade 2. Recommended For The lubrication of exposed gears on power shovels, drag lines, kilns, crushers, cement mixers and other similar equipment used in heavy construction, mining and quarrying. Ideal for dipper sticks on excavating shovels. Suitable for use on open gears on industrial equipment of all kinds provided the operating temperature does not exceed 80°C. (Texclad 2 may also be used, in special cases, at high temperatures where the carrier grease is thermally decomposed, leaving the solid mineral additives to afford lubrication). Steel girth tyres on kilns, exposed gears on drum barking equipment, steel mill slipper drives, fork lift truck vertical rails and wheel drive gears, rock drill stems, fifth wheels (semi-trailer support turntables) and ball mill gears. Particularly suitable for underwater applications such as shafts and bushes of clamshell buckets for dredging, jacking legs of off-shore drilling rigs and marine wire ropes

May be used on sugar mill plain bearings to cut leakage where fluid lubricants give water pollution problems Texclad 2 can generally be pumped and applied satisfactorily at temperatures down to or below 0°C. At any temperature at which it can be pumped, the product will spread to form a uniform protective coating on the gear teeth. Useable temperature range in continuous service is -10 to 80°C. May be used at much higher temperatures where the carrier grease is decompsed, leaving the solid additives to afford lubrication. Poduct Benefits Provides easy application over a wide temperature range due to its good pumpability. Extends the service life of heavy duty equipment working in exposed or wet environments.This is achieved through the frictional and wear prevention characteristics of the graphite and molybdenum disulfide components. Its tacky adhesive nature prevents loss of lubricant from dripping and reduces throw off from large diameter gears with high peripheral speeds. Has excellent resistance to water wash out. Protects against rust by forming a continuous film of lubricant which excludes water from gear tooth surfaces. Resists flaking from gears at low temperatures, thereby maintaining full protection against wear and scuffing.

Ultra Duty Grease

Ultra-Duty greases are a premium, heavy duty EP greases containing a high viscosity mineral oil, lithium thickener, special EP additive, rust and oxidation inhibitors and at tackiness agent. They exhibit stay-in-place properties which make them particularly suitable for automotive and industrial equipment operating in wet, muddy or dusty conditions. They are available in NLGI Grades 1 and 2 and dyed red for easy identification. RECOMMENDED FOR Heavy duty transport Chassis lubrication Construction equipment

In centralised lubrication systems where pumpability is a primary requirement, it may be necessary to use the NLGI 1 grade (depending on the design of the system). Useable temperature range in continuous service is: NLGI 1: -20 to 140°C NLGI 2: -10 to 140°C Maximum temperature for short term exposure is 155°C for NLGI 1 grade and 165°C for NLGI 2. Meropa: Industrial Gear Lubricant Industrial Lubricants

High performance mild EP industrial gear lubricant formulated with sulphur-phosphorus additive system which provides rust and oxidation inhibition, corrosion and oxidation inhibitor and a metal preserver. Designed primarily for industrial gear lubrication services where loads and shock loadings are high.

Soluble Oil D (20LPPLEN Cutting Fluid

Applications Texaco Soluble Oil D is recommended for all metals (except magnesium) where maximum cooling is desired— particularly when cutting with carbon, high speed steel, or tungsten carbide tools. Texaco Soluble Oil D is used extensively in milling, drilling, gear cutting, turning, planing, shaping, sawing and grinding operations. Texaco Soluble Oil D is typically diluted in water/oil ratios ranging from 10:1 to 50:1. See the Texaco Soluble Oil Mixing Recommendations chart for the proper water/oil ratio for each application. Always add oil to water to avoid forming sticky invert emulsions that do not emulsify properly in water. Texaco Soluble Oil D provides excellent in-process corrosion protection. Use of this product as a metal protective fluid for short-term rust protection is not recommended. Do not recommend Texaco Soluble Oil D emulsions for operations involving magnesium. Hot magnesium is a fire hazard when it contacts water. Emulsions of soluble metalworking fluids and water may become contaminated with harmful Micro organisms such as bacteria and fungus, which can cause illness and infection. This can occur even in emulsions with fluids that initially contain some biocide because the biocide can be depleted during service. A metalworking fluid maintenance program should be followed in order to control this hazard. Such a program may require the use of biocides. It is primarily designed to cool and lubricate the contact point of the tool and the work piece. Texaco Soluble Oil D: • helps prevent rusting or corrosion of the machined metals • helps control the growth of bacteria — which is a constant problem in soluble oil circulating systems due to outside contamination • minimizes surface foam • speeds the release of entrained air which could cause pump cavitation

This is an extremely versatile fluid designed to meet many of the situations encountered in the metalworking industry. Texaco Soluble Oil D is an emulsifying oil that readily mixes with water, forming a homogeneous and exceptionally stable emulsion. It is used in the machining of both ferrous and nonferrous metals, particularly when cutting with carbon or high speed steel or tungsten carbide tools. It contains an effective biocide that combats bacterial growth, rancidity, and odor in machine sumps.

RECOMMENDED FOR All water cooled, high performance, two stroke, marine outboard engines, including the latest designs under warranty protection. Oil injected engines. Oil-petrol premix engines at all petrol-to-oil ratios up to and including 100:1. Air cooled, two stroke engines where API TD or NMMA certified oils are specified.
