PLINSKI ( BUCHHOLZ ) RELEJI

GAS ( BUCHHOLZ ) RELAYS

Plinski ( Buchholz ) releji tipa 2RB služe za signaliza -ciju i davanje komande za isklapanje transformatora u sluèaju razvijanja plinova, gubitka ulja ili naglog porasta pritiska ulja uslijed kvara u transformatoru.

Relej može nesmetano raditi pri temperaturi ulja od2-25 °C do +110 °C i viskozitetu od 6,2 mm / s do 1100

2mm / s.

Relej se može pouzdano koristiti i u podruèjima ugro-ženim od potresa ( ispitano sa 2g ; 5 - 60 Hz ).

Kuæište plinskog releja 2RB izraðeno je od silumina( tlaèni lijev ). Na obje strane kuæišta nalaze se stak -

3leni prozorèiæi sa baždarenom skalom u cm za pro -vjeru kontaktnog sistema i oèitanje volumena sakuplje-nog plina. U kuæištu releja smješten je mehanizam s kontaktnim sistemom koji èine dva plovka sa perma-nentnim magnetima za aktiviranje kontakata. Kontakti gornjeg i donjeg plovka isporuèuju se kao uklopni ( is-klopni na zahtjev ). Gornji plovak aktivira kontaktni sis-

3tem kod istisnute kolièine ulja od 150 do 300 cm , a donji kod strujanja ulja brzinom 65 do 150 cm/s ( ove velièine mogu se podešavati ).

Karakteristike " reed " kontakta :- nazivna termièka struja Ith : 2 A- nazivni pogonski napon Ue : 230 Va.c./d.c. (min. 12 V) - nazivna pogonska struja Ie : 2 A - AC15 / DC13 (min. 10 mA)- ispitni napon : 2000 V; 50 Hz; 1 min.- tip kontakta : 2 x NO ( uklopni )

Relej 2RB je skladu sa normama DIN VDE 0660, DIN42566 i N.H1.050.

Gas (Buchholz) relays type 2RB are made for signallingand giving commands for disconnection of transformersin case of development of gases, oil loss or suddenincrease in oil pressure due to defecfs of transformers.

The relay can operate undisturbed at the temperatureof oil from -25 °C up to +110 °C and oil viscosity from

2 26,2 mm / s to 1100 mm / s.

The relay is also applicable in areas endangered byearthquake ( tested with 2g ; 5 - 60 Hz ).

The casing of gas relay 2RB is made of silumin( pressure - cast ). On both sides of the casing there

3 are glass windows with scale in cm for inspection ofswitching system and reading of collected gas volume.Inside the casing there is a contact mechanism withtwo floats with permanent magnets for contacts activa-tion. Upper float activates the contact system when

3150 to 300 cm of oil is forced out and the lower float when oil flows at the speed from 65 to 150 cm/s ( these values can be adjusted ).

Relay 2RB is in accordance with the standards DINVDE 0660, DIN 42566 and N.H1.050.

SUŠIONICI ZRAKA

DEHUMIDIFIERS Sušionici zraka su naprave koje služe za sušenje vlaž-nog zraka, a primjenjuju se kod transformatora i dru -gih uređaja gdje je potrebno spriječiti prisustvo vlažnogzraka.Sušionik je napunjen sa specijalnom higroskopskomsoli ( Silica - gel ) koja prilikom strujanja vlažnog zrakakroz sušionik na sebe veže vlagu i mijenja boju ( odplave u ružičastu ). Kad sol potpuno promijeni bojupotrebno ju je promijeniti ili osušiti.Na dnu sušionika nalazi se posuda sa transformator -skim uljem koje sprečava ulazak vlažnog zraka utransformator dok nije u pogonu.Sušionik zraka može se koristiti za unutarnju i vanjskumontažu i montažu u tropskim uvjetima.Plastični dijelovi izrađeni su od UV stabiliziranog ter -termoplasta ( PC ), a metalni dijelovi od aluminijske legure sa zaštitnim slojem.Sušionik se koristi za transformatore (ili druge aparate)sa max. 1000 kg ulja.Masa Silica - gela iznosi 0,30 kg.

Dehumidifiers are devices made for air dehydration andare intended for use with transformers and other devi-ces where the presence of humid air should be prevented.Dehumidifier is filled with special hygro - salt ( Silica -gel ) which during the air circulation through dehumi -difier takes moisture onto itself and changes colour( blue to pink ). When Silica - gel completely changesits colour it should be dried up or changed.On the bottom dehumidifier is a transformer oil holderwhich prevents moist air to enter into the transformerwhile it is not working.Dehumidifier can be used for internal and externalmounting and mounting in tropical conditions. Plastic parts are made of UV stabilised thermoplastic( PC ), and metal parts are made of aluminium alloywith protective coating. Dehumidifier is intended for use with transformers ( orother devices ) with max. 1000 kg of oil.The weight of Silica - gel is 0,30 kg.
