WARNING 1. This cab is designed to provide foul weather protection only. It does not provide protection from

noise; exhaust fumes, chemicals or injury from collision, rollover or other accidents. 2. Do not operate machine in confined areas without proper ventilation. 3. Thoroughly check area of operation before using machine. 4. The cab adds height to the machine. Low tree limbs and other overhead structures that did not

interfere with the operation of the machine before may now be obstacles.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS A. Periodically check all bolts to see that they are tight. If bolts become loose, failure of cab parts

may occur. B. Door latches and hinges should be lubricated with light machine oil for proper operation.

DO NOT CLEAN THE CLEAR PLASTIC WINDOWS WHEN THE PLASTIC IS DRY. THE CLEAR PLASTIC WILL SCRATCH.

C. Avoid contact with plastic windows. Keep plastic windows clean by washing them with clear

running water and rubbing with your bare hands, only. The use of a rag, sponge or brush will scratch the plastic. Liquid soap may also be used for window cleaning. During freezing weather, an automotive windshield washer solvent may be used.

D. Use liquid soap and water to clean colored vinyl portions. Scrubbing with a brush or rag is also

permitted on the colored vinyl portions.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS Prior to storage clean the windows and colored vinyl parts with a mild automotive detergent, rinse with clean water and allow to thoroughly dry, Store cab in a clean dry place out of direct sunlight. Avoid folding plastic windows.

CAUTION ALWAYS REMOVE VINYL COVERS BEFORE TRANSPORTING MACHINE ON AN

OPEN TRAILER OR IN AN OPEN TRUCK, WHOSE SPEED WILL EXCEED 25 MPH.

NOTE: Supplemental instructions for tractors with plastic grab handles are in the back of this manual.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Before starting installation read these instructions completely through. • The right side of the machine is determined from the operator’s seated position.

STEP 1; SEE FIGURES 2, 3 & 4a:

INSTALL: RH & LH FRONT PANEL LEGS [1 & 2] RH & LH NON-LOADER SPACER [1A & 2A]

Front Loader Equipped Tractors Aa. Remove the (2) lower front bolts that hold

the loader frame to the tractor frame. Ba. Insert the bolts removed in step (1A) into

the holes of the front panel leg mounting plate. Re-insert the bolts with the part back into the frame from where they were removed. Keep the front panel leg vertical while tightening bolts.

Figure 3 (left side)

Tractors without Front Loader See Fig. 4b

Ab. Insert two M16-2.00 x 90mm bolts & M16 lock washers into the holes of the front panel leg mounting plate. Place the non-loader spacer onto the bolts. This assembly is then attached to the tractor frame as shown. Keep the front panel leg vertical while tightening bolts.

STEP 2;SEE FIGURES 5 & 6: INSTALL: RH & LH REAR POST BRACKETS [3 & 4]

NOTE: If your tractor has plastic handles see page 15 for Rear Post Bracket Installation

A. The RH & LH rear post brackets are attached to the rear fender handles using two 1/4” ‘U’ bolts with 1/4” lock washers and 1/4” nuts.

B. Place the rear post bracket on the top side

of the handle. Use two 1/4” ‘U’ bolts with lock washers and 1/4” nuts to hold the bracket in place

C. Position the rear post bracket

approximately 9 inches on a straight line from the front edge of the rear taillight to the rear edge of the bracket. Bracket post should be leaning slightly inward when properly installed. Tighten enough to hold parts in place. Figure 6

STEP 3;SEE FIGURES 6 & 7: NOTE: This bracket may have to be moved

up or down the handle to properly position the door post and door later in the installation procedure.

INSTALL: Sticky back Velcro A. To the underside of the windshield frame install a 19” piece of sticky backed Velcro. The strip should be centered with about 10 1/2” from the end of the strip to the inside of the extended square tube.

B. To the right and left lower windows, apply

an 18” piece of sticky backed Velcro to the long angled side and a 6” piece of sticky backed Velcro to the short bottom side.

assembly with the upper hole of the front panel legs. Insert a 1/4” x 1 3/4” bolt with a 1/4” flat washer into these holes. DO NOT ADD A NUT TO SECURE BOLT AT THIS TIME.

* Optional: Add 1/4” flat washers between the latch and lower window frame to move the latch inward for a better door seal.

B. Insert a 1/4” x 1 1/2” bolt with a 1/4” flat

washer down through the hole in the lower crossbar of the windshield frame and into the hole of the lower window assembly. Secure bolt with a 1/4” lock nut.

C. Insert a 1/4” x 1 1/2” bolt into the hole in the
