series..• Conducted more than 100 workshops in leading colleges , B schools &

corporations• Frying pan academy is the training arm of the Kitchen, which is a community

WHAT • The aim of the YES Program is to empower our youth to become the next

generation of entrepreneurs.• YES is a unique program that helps students learn about the challenges and

rewards of becoming an entrepreneur.• Seasoned entrepreneurs and mentors coach students based on a business-focused

curriculum. • The YES program nurtures the creativity, self-confidence, leadership and overall

development of the students.

• The complete YES program which finally graduates a student to a startup i3 or as an Intrapreneur has five modules• #1 Orientation : a one day workshop on the basics/introduction to entrepreneurship• #2 Talk series : 3-5 sessions of entrepreneurs sharing experience with students • #3 Idea Boot camp : a 2- day workshop for students which students create virtual

companies• #4 Startup Visits : a 1- day visit to nearby startup Eco system or hub or office• #5 Intern : students get to intern with startups for a period 1-3 months

• The four modules will take between 6-9 months to complete• #3 in inter college level , #1,#2 & #4 is intra college• #5 is based on student skill set matched with interested startups and is not compulsory

HOW

• The next slide describes the general structure followed for the one day session which scheduled for 8 AM - 5 PM.

• Each session will have team based activities , theoretical sessions, hands on workshops , group discussions & interaction with entrepreneurs.

• Batch size 30-100 per session

WHAT IS A BUSINESS PLAN ?

• Students will interact with successful as well failed entrepreneurs and capture a sense of an entrepreneurship and it's experience

• 3-5 entrepreneurs will visit the campus to deliver 2 hour session

MODULE#2

TALK SERIES

• A two day session with intense workshops will split the students into batches which will form virtual companies

• The intent is to give a virtual experience of setting up a company to running it and exiting it

MODULE#3

IDEA BOOTCAMP

• We will have students visit a startup office or facility where in students will be given a walk thru in terms of setting up a company in real world

• Visits will be to manufacturing or service or product startups based in Kerala

MODULE#4

STARTUP VISIT

• We will match students skill set set with companies listed with us and provide internship opportunities

• A 1-3 month long internships with startups will give students real life experience to be a part of startups
