Session 1: Social Media AuditDevon Smith will review the social media audit with each organization. She will provide recommendations on how to improve current practice. Organizations will complete objectives and audience sections of the template and share w/Zoetica team before next coaching session. April/May
Session 2: Social Media PlanningZoetica team will review the objectives and audience and help organizations complete the sections on listening, content scan, and internal adoption. Participants will be given an assignment to create a social media policy for their organization.
Coaching Sessions
Session 3: Listening and BenchmarkingThis coaching session will be with Devon Smith and focused on helping organization understand benchmarking or DYI listening techniques. Organizations complete the social strategy and tool selection and techniques section.
Session 4: Social StrategyZoetica will review the scan and discuss strategy approaches with organizations. Zoetica will provide advice on measurement techniques and evaluation. Organizations fill out the measurement, staff and training, and evaluation section.
Session 5: Finalize PlanZoetica will review the plan draft and provide advice on timeline and budget. Zoetica will review social media strategy plan before the last workshop. For the final workshop, participants will their social media strategy plan and share an ignite style presentation on their strategy at the final workshop. The coaching sessions will be geared towards helping participants answer these questions.
