Excellent dial with utmost visibility

The excellent dial give slender impression, although their fi ve-layer structure emphasizes steric depth. The indexes and hands are fi nished with extra care, to enhance visibility. Inward-rotation ring has been adopted for a functional display of three time zones.

Modern rotor design

A see-through caseback panel that enables the movement to be seen on the rear of the case has been adopted.

The rotor is also of elegant and modern design, very representative of ORIENT STAR.

RETROGRADE

The watches inherit the heritage of mechanical watches, while featuring more sophisticated designs

and specifications. A new indication for day of the week has been added.

The movement of the retrograde mechanism that was developed after a two-year effort offers

a unique hand movement function that returns the hand to the Monday position

as soon as a week has elapsed. This is a watch fit for diverse life settings,

with substantial mechanisms lying behind its cool appearance.

Incorporating highly visible hour and minute hands

The hour and minute hands have been cut in peak shape and feature different fi nishes on the two sides : matte and mirror fi nish. The design further enhances visibility.

A retrograde mechanism (day of the week hand)

The word “retrograde” literally means a return to the starting point. The unique mechanism makes the hand return to the starting

point in an instant, from the Sunday to Monday position, when a week has elapsed.

Born in August 9, 1974, Stephen Fung is a Hong Kong-based actor and film director. He made his film debut in 1995. He began appearing regularly in films after starring in the 1998 hit, Bishonen. Since then, Stephen Fung has been highly popular with audiences of all ages. Currently, he directs as well as acts, and has helmed a number of hit films, including Jump (2009), produced by Chow Sing-Chi. In April 2011, Stephen Fung founded a film production company with Daniel Wu (Ng Yin Jou). He is bringing a breath of fresh air into the Asian film industry and is finding success in ever expanding domains.
