ORGHIMproject Design Institute (DI

ORGHIMproject) was established in 2009

based on Special Design Bureau (was

established in 2004).

Activities of the Institute include

Health and Safety Policy

Priority of employees life and health, strict observance of industrial safety requirements are fundamental principles in the activity of

society.

There is an occupational health and safety management system functioning in Private Joint-Stock Company Severodonetsky

ORGHIM.

The Administration undertakes to seek constantly to improve working conditions and safety of all employees of the Company, failure-

free operation.

Employees are obliged to know and follow the requirements of regulatory and legal acts on occupational health and safety, take care

of personal safety and health, as well as the safety and health of others in the course of work performance.

The Company's policy in the field of occupational health and safety is aimed at :

- providing complex solution of tasks and problems of work safety in system of professional, industrial and environmental safety;

- providing the employees with special clothing, safety shoes, other means of individual and collective protection as prescribed by

law;

- informing employees about working conditions, availability of hazardous and harmful factors in the workplace;

- controlling of impact of hazardous and harmful production factors on the health of workers performing work in conditions of

increased danger, as prescribed by law, not allowing persons having medical contra-indications to work ;

- applying methods of economic incentives and other forms of motivational regulation;

- improving the culture of production, forming and supporting the competence of employees of all levels in the field of occupational

health and safety through awareness-raising activities and regular training.

The main purpose of labor safety is to minimize the impact of production process on human health and environment, to eliminate

accidents and occupational diseases and, on this basis, ensure occupationally safe working conditions at the enterprise, attractive to

business partners.

The Administration undertakes to finance as needed the activities aimed at improving working conditions, preventing occupational

injuries, occupational diseases and accident rate.
