ProII TM garage Cabinet Features

• Premium aluminum garage cabinets: designed for use in any area you want to provide durable, good-looking storage. ModuLine aluminum storage cabinets are perfect for use in garages, shops, laboratories, industrial environments, clean rooms, even kitchens.

• Modular and easy to install. ModuLine aluminum cabinets: completely assembled modular units with precision pre-punched holes for ease of installation with simple tools. With modular design, unlimited combinations can be created from our standard sizes.

• Will not rust or deteriorate when exposed to moisture unlike steel or wood cabinets.

• 4” Toe Kick Riser™ is recessed 2” from front of cabinet for easy floor cleaning and comfortable foot space when standing in front of cabinets. The Toe Kick Riser™ also allows for easy adjustment between riser and base cabinet to compensate for uneven floors. (Due to the fact that garage floors are not level, cabinets require height adjustments to keep them even.) Our 4” Toe Kick Riser™ is installed on the floor for a clean look with no gap between cabinet and floor. Height adjustment is then made between the riser and cabinet, where it can not be seen, creating a neat and clean looking cabinet installation.

• Greatest strength available provided by extra rigid integrated aluminum frames with double reinforced corners and preci-sion hardware (no welds to crack).

• ModuLine aluminum base storage cabinets include sides which can be closed or open making them “pass through accessible” from cabinet to cabinet. Backs and bottoms available if needed.

• ModuLine aluminum wall cabinets include tops, sides and bottoms all formed from .063” thick premium aluminum with baked enamel finish for long lasting durability and easy cleaning.

• Many standard aluminum storage cabinet sizes in stock allow for quick delivery.

• Will not attract dust and will not cause static shock unlike plastic or resin.

• ModuLine aluminum storage cabinets are highly resistant to mold, mildew and corrosion unlike wood or other composition cabinets.

• Completely hypoallergenic: ModuLine aluminum storage cabinets are constructed from materials that minimize the possibility of allergic response.

• Durable over years of use. Strong enough to use alone or com-bine together to create a perfect combination and meet any storage need. Modular aluminum cabinets stay strong even under the most extreme conditions.

• Computer Aided Design and Computer Controlled Manu-facturing assure precision storage cabinets providing a perfect fit at economical prices.

• Single door units: available with left-hand or right-hand swing.

• Fully adjustable storage shelf system allows shelves to be adjusted in 2-1/4” increments from top to bottom. Shelves are secured in the front and back to always stay tight.

• Pull-out-shelves also available for closets and base units, feature full extension smooth ball bearing slides, providing easy access for hard to reach items.

• Trigger latches keep doors securely closed, have a textured chrome finish that looks great and will not show fingerprints. Latches provide a low profile when closed, creating a “snag-proof” style that blends with your cabinet. Latches are spring loaded providing a built in handle when unlatched. Latch guards protect mechanism on inside of door.

• Double wall construction cabinet doors, with inner-hat-bracing for maximum strength and rigidity. Cabinet doors are manufactured using .063” thick premium aluminum outside and .040” thick premium alu-minum on inner panels. Cabinet doors also include .063” thick aluminum hat braces inside to increase strength and full length continuous aluminum hinges that provide complete support to the door structure.

Limited Warranty: All cabinets and accessories are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve months from the date of shipment, except hose. ModuLine will repair or replace defective material within the warranty period when returned freight prepaid to our plant or to a service depot designated by ModuLine.
