Introduction
Change is significant in an organization as it facilitates employees to learn new skills,
explore novel opportunities and accomplish their creativity in manner that ultimately benefits
company through new ideas and enhanced commitment level. Organizational change helps in
employees to deal with changing conditions and it includes an analysis of tools that helps in to
learn new skills (Woodman & et. al., 2009). In this context this research has been accomplished
to understand the significance of organizational change in which managers will consult in
various managers to understand the needs of employees.
To acquire a deep insight in the area of research a detailed secondary research has been
accomplished to understand the way managers consult for needs of employees so that changed
system can be implemented. This research paper has been prepared in an organized manner
which is followed with statement of problem, intended audience of study, methodology used in
research, significance of review to audience and finally conclusion has been framed.
Statement of the problem
Organizations need to embrace change within as it is crucial for them because without
change businesses would probably in way to lose their competitive edge and could not meet the
needs of customers. Organizational change occurs as a reaction to ever shifting environment and
as a response to current crisis condition or is triggered by business leader (Gabhainn & Kelleher,
2002).

In any of the business change is not merely a process of adjustments is also required to
successfully manage capabilities. Here, in the study nature of problem being discussed is with
respect to managing organizational change and significance for managers to consult employees

several different corporations implement changed process without even assessing the actual need
of change from its workforce and it ultimately results into dissatisfaction among staff and
reduced performance level (Yaeger & Sorensen, 2009). Change in business affects the entire

issue being discussed here is about the need for managers to consult employees before
implementing changed process, as it is evident that senior managers many of times do not find it
important to discuss with employees and bring the changed process according to their own
understanding, all this creates issues among workforce.

This study will be carried out with a prominent research methodology technique as it will
