Software does not solve everything. People do.

Although the algorithms of business have not changed much in the last century and a half, many of the business tools have.

Graphic programs may have replaced colored pencils and protractors, PowerPoint has become more preferable to slides and an overhead projector, but the important information to be shared has not changed — information developed by people to be communicated to people.
