3. The promotion will be effective from the date of assumption of charge of thenew post.

5. The concemed Ministries/Departments/Organizations may please ensure that theofficers concerned are clear from Vigilance Angle before they assume charge of the newposts in terms of DoPT OM No. 22034/412012-Estt.(D) dated 02.11.2012 and other relevantinstructions on the subject.

6. The concemed MinistrieslDepartrnents/Organizations may please ensure that theauthenticated copy of Joining Report, duly signed by Head of Office, is sent to this Ministrythrough email at [email protected].
