Drop-shipping Process

• Verifying and fulfilling orders quickly can help prevent customers from changing their mind, mark a good impression on customer’s purchase behavior is a significant advantage of E-commerce

• In order to fulfill an order within 24 hours, it is highly recommended to check Seller Center account and do the packaging right after order is created

• All orders must be updated “Ready to ship” and gotten ready for pickup within 24 hours!

• Orders landing on Seller Center from Friday afternoon to Sunday must be updated status to “Ready to ship” before Monday’s noon!

Monitor Seller Center account

In case of failing to verify and get your orders ready for pickup within 24 hours, you will be charged

a default fee of 200,000 VND/ order.

Non-API - Ship before fulfilling• Applicable for these Delivery Providers:

Hanoi Post, HCMP Manual • Sellers are required to get packages

picked up by Delivery Provider then update order status to “Ready to ship”.

API - Fulfill before shipping• Applicable for these Delivery Providers:

HCMP DS, LEX • Sellers are required to update order status

from “Pending” to “Ready to ship” for pickup.

API Order Fulfillment – HCMP DS, LEX

• Choose Delivery Provider LEX/ HCMP DO and then click “Create Package & Next”

• Tracking ID is systematically given for you• Click “Ready to ship” once again to update

order status

• Select Orders > Manage Orders• Print invoice for orders by clicking Invoice and

paste outside the package• After packaging, click Ready to Ship

• Please enter invoice number and the click “Save Invoice Number & Next”

• Select orders you want to ship• Select Print all documents for selected

items• Click Go

• Move to “Ready to ship” Tab in Order Overview

• Do not forget to insert Return Label and Lazada Invoice inside package

• Paste shipping label outside the package get ready to ship

Only click “Ready to ship” for orders that you can fulfill.5 6

API Order Fulfillment – HCMP DS, LEX

• Do not forget to insert Return Label and Lazada Invoice inside package

• Paste invoice outside the package get ready to ship

• Click “Orders > Manage Orders” • Click “Invoice” to print and paste invoice

outside of the package

• Choose Delivery Provider (3PL) and then click “Create Package & Next”

HANOI POST

• Please enter invoice number and the click “Save Invoice Number & Next”

Types of Order Fulfillment

• Click “Ready to ship” to verify order• Order will be removed from “Pending” status,

which means order verification is successful.

• Give packages to Delivery Provider and receive bill of lading

• Tracking ID (under barcode) is used to enter on the system

• Get back to Seller Center and click “Ready to ship” to enter bill of lading code on the system to confront shipment

• Please enter Tracking ID• Check Tracking ID before saving• Click “Save Tracking ID & Next” 8
