    Introduction

    Human adaptation is one of the key facts for human survival. For a human bein to be

    able to survive in an environment! he"she needs to accommodate the chanes that take place in

    the environment. #s a result of industriali$ation and lobali$ation! the environment is no more

    conducive to human survival %&oudie 11'. # case e(ample! of ho) human beins are not

    adapted to their environment is the case of Syrian citi$ens. The country is not conducive to them.

    Hence! they have opted to move to other countries in *urope and #frica for survival. #s a result

    of the civil )ar as )ell as the fiht aainst +S+S %+slamic state of +ra, and Syria' the country is

    not a home to the Syrians )ho depended or this environment for )ellbein %Stokols! Daniel!

    -eano! and Hipp 1/'. Therefore! this paper )ill discuss! human anthropoloy on human

    environment.

    Best Environment Characteristics

    0ased on the case e(ample! a ood environment is one that offers the people or human

    bein basic human needs. +t should be one that offers the people shelter! food and supports

    provision or access to clothin %Stokols! Daniel! -eano! and Hipp 11'. Secondly! an environment

    that human bein )ould best adapt is one that is secure. Security is considered as a fundamental

    prere,uisite of a conducive human environment. +f a human population ets a secure

    environment! this means that the population )ill be best adapted. Thirdly! an environment that

    offers basic social elements such as social )ellbein and social amenities is considered as the

    best environment.

    For e(ample! an environment that supports social values such as the provision of social

    education to its people is considered as an adaptive environment. -astly! a ood environment is

    one that accommodates both individuals and communal values %2eena! et al. 3'. The current

    Syrian environment does not support either hence cannot be considered as an adaptive

    environment. 0esides! it is vital to consider that a ood environment not only supports or human

    riht provisions but also should support basic human values. Such values include friendship and

    value for human life %2eena! et al. /4'.

    Therefore! it means that human beins adapt to an environment that supports all the

    above condition. The case e(ample did not support the conditions hence considered as a bad

    environment for human survival.

    Decrease in reproductive fitness of individuals

    The current Syrian does not support reproductive ro)th or fitness in many )ays. The

    follo)in are the )ays in )hich it deprives reproductive fitness:

    First! since the country or the environment does not support a peaceful place for humans

    to stay! they have opted to move or mirate to other places to seek an alternative environment. #s

    a result! the movement from to ne) environment does to ive them time to undertake their

    reproductive responsibilities %2eena! et al. 3'. Secondly! lack of some of the basic needs such

    as shelter and food deprives them of reproductive needs and demands. 5ather they people )ork

    to)ards meetin this needs rather than )orkin to)ards their reproductive ro)th. -astly! social

    facilities such a hospitals amon others are not available to support reproductive ro)th hence

    Conclusion

    Deprived human environment cannot support human survival. -oss of reproductive

    fitness is one of the impacts of such an environment. #s a result of the movement the Syrians in
