CASE STUDY Orchid Lakeview Bangalore Division: Waterproofing & CRA ARDEX ENDURA PRODUCTS: Ÿ B 30 for Bore packing Ÿ WPM 405 for Coving construction Ÿ WPM 004 for wet area waterproofing Challenge: The biggest challenge was to convince and convert the client to use products of ARDEX Endura. The client was buying products from a competitor and the competitor had already bagged the waterproofing of basement and had completed it. Solution: The project was for waterproofing all wet areas. Repeated trails and follow ups for 5 months enabled us to bag the project of waterproofing all the wet areas. The area of waterproofing was about 2600 sqm. Unique Elements: The system recommendations were made by ARDEX ENDURA and the same is well demonstrated to the client during the initial discussion. Repeated trails and follow ups for 5 months enabled us to bag the project. Later was executed by our authorized applicator M/s. Alpha Enterprises. The application work carried out with utmost care with constant inputs from our CSTD team member.
