There came a hundred Gopis

On the laps of Yashodha

16.Govardhana Hill Krsna plays on Govardhana Hill Way up high on Govardhana Hill And when He plays His flute all the cows stand still And the birds all fall to the ground When they hear that transcendental sound.

Srimati Radharani Runs to peek behind a tree, And anxiously awaits to see Her Lover coming ‘round With each step blessing the ground.

The cowherd boys run fast and climb Ato the hills for His pastimes. They chase the shadows of the birds And roam with the cow herds Eating sweets of ghee and curd.

Krsna dances on Govardhana Hill Way up high on Govardhan Hill And when they hear His flute All the gopis stand still And their heart turn upside down

18. I am little Giridhari I am little Giridhari, small and strong. This is my land, and these are my people. When Vrindavan is in danger, I lift Govardhan, on my little finger, To protect the Vraja Vasis from danger.

I'm a strong Blue Boy, yes it's true Here's an example of what I can do I can lift up Govadhan for seven days Keeping everyone safe by My wonderful ways.
