Oral/Poster Presentation for HEMCE-2017 Instruction to the Authors for Poster Organizing committee for HEMCE-2017 desires to get all the posters printed locally at Pune, to maintain uniformity in poster presentations and to manage poster presentations sessions, effectively. In light of this, following instructions are forwarded to respective authors in connection with the poster presentations. 1. Each paper selected for poster presentation will be presented using one poster of size 100 cm height and 70 cm wide. 2. Authors are requested to submit posters in the mentioned size in ready to print condition Power Point /Corel Draw. 3. All posters will be printed in vertical mode. 4. Poster to include title of the paper (36 point, bold, only first letter of each word capital) in 1 inch printed size at the top of the poster. 5. Name (30 points, bold, only first letter capital for each word) and affiliation (30 points, italics, only first letter capital for each word) of the authors/presenters should follow the title of the paper. 6. The texts in the poster must be readable from minimum 4 feet (120cm) distance. 7. The smallest text in the poster should be 9 mm (3/8”) high in print. 8. The text should be concise enough to be read within 7 minutes. 9. Photo, diagram and graphs should be used to attract attention and should be visible from minimum 4 ft distance. 10. Flow of the content of the poster should be from TOP LEFT to BOTTOM RIGHT corner. 11. The poster should be made with dark text on light background for good visibility in day time. 12. Oral/Poster Presentation for HEMCE-2017

Instruction to the Authors for Poster

Organizing committee for HEMCE-2017 desires to get all the posters printed locally at Pune,

to maintain uniformity in poster presentations and to manage poster presentations sessions,

effectively. In light of this, following instructions are forwarded to respective authors in connection

with the poster presentations.

1. Each paper selected for poster presentation will be presented using one poster of size 100 cm
