Solution To achieve System Administrator request following steps should be followed: a. Create a Role and add "User Management" Responsibility as a child to this. b. Create a Grant for this role with permission set being " User Maintenance UI's " (Code UMX_USER_ADMIN_UI_PERMS ) This allows only the "Users" tab to be shown. c. Create a Grant for this role with Object being "UMX_PERSON_OBJECT"(code) and Permission set "UMX_OBJ_ADV_ADMIN_PERMS" (code) This decides which users can be queried for d. Assign this role to any user. Goal
System Administrator wants to hide the User Management tabs "Roles & Role Inheritance", "Role Categories", and"Registration Process" in order to create a role that is able to query users and assign a limited set of responsibilitiesto the user.
Solution
To achieve System Administrator request following steps should be followed:
a. Create a Role and add "User Management" Responsibility as a child to this. b.
