• Ensure your company has access to iSupplier Portal – Access request form available at www.aam.com/suppliers.html

• Review all letters posted to www.aam.com/suppliers.html and/or the current iSupplier Portal

• Understand changes associated with Purchase Orders and Releases

• Look for emails in late December with login information for new iSupplier portal

• Complete Supplier Training – Suppliers will be trained on new functions and requirements

– Training modules are available on both iSupplier Portals (current and new)

What Suppliers Need to do to Prepare System Access

• Suppliers will receive the final Oracle 11i DELFOR schedule by December 29, 2015

• Suppliers will receive the last DELJIT schedule (pull signals) by 5pm, December 30, 2015

• Receiving at AAM will be stopped at 5pm, December 31, 2015 • Any shipment that is not received by this time and date will be received

January 4, 2016.

• Suppliers using EDI must cancel any schedules (DELFOR/DELJIT’s) from their systems prior to 5am (EST) January 1, 2016 - This is an urgent task since all prior schedules will be replaced with new data

NOTE: The old data will not be accepted in the new system (Oracle R12)

• Suppliers that use the AAM iSupplier Portal exclusively will not see any new pulls in the old iSupplier Portal (11i) after noon, December 31, 2015

– All pulls will be purged from the system at that time

• New Forecast from Oracle R12 will be transmitted the week of January 4, 2016

• New DELJIT (pulls) will be published to the Portal beginning January 1, 2016; EDI will be transmitted January 4, 2016

iSupplier Portal

• An e-mail notification will be sent from AAM to our suppliers beginning December 26, 2015, with the credentials for the new iSupplier Portal which will include:

• R12 iSupplier portal link, log-in, and password details

– Please log in at your earliest convenience upon receipt of aforementioned email to check that your new credentials are working properly

– Please note that you will not see any data in the new iSupplier Portal until January 1, 2016

• Transition will occur December 28, 2015 through January 4, 2016

• The new system will be available to Suppliers beginning on January 4, 2016

• Old login and password will not work with the new iSupplier portal

• Suppliers that already have R12 access will not receive new login credentials, please use existing R12 login information

• Complete required Training for Suppliers – available in current iSupplier Portal

• If something looks “odd” (before or after cutover), please contact your buyer immediately and we will address it
