OVERVIEW

This guide outlines the information you need to know about new or improved functionality included in Release 15C for Oracle Learn Cloud. Each section includes a brief description of the feature, the steps you need to take to enable or begin using the feature, any tips or considerations that you should keep in mind, and the resources available to help you.

IMPORTANT: Oracle Learn Cloud platform and general technology updates can affect complex or custom LearnCenter pages. If you are using a custom CSS file, it is important to verify your site CSS with each product release. Based on changes in the platform, there is a chance that you could see alignment or positioning issues after a release due to the custom CSS used on your site. Often any updates that your CSS requires are minor and easy to make. Contact Customer Support through My Oracle Support for any additional information.

The following features are not supported for use with Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 7: Widgets, New Pages/Templates, and the BI Reporting Custom Report work flow.

BI REPORTING ENHANCEMENTS

BI Reporting has been further enhanced for Release 15C for Oracle Learn Cloud, and we have removed the BETA designation for the feature. New enhancements include the following items:

• Additional Data Views • The ability for Supervisors to access BI Reporting from My Team • The ability to do advanced report customizations using BI Publisher Desktop Add-in. • Improvements to the customer reports work flow.

IMPORTANT: BI Reporting for Oracle Learn Cloud is now on parity with Insight Reporting. If you are currently using Insight Reporting, you are strongly urged to transition your reporting needs to BI Reporting immediately. Insight Reporting will be removed from LearnCenter on January 31, 2015.

With this release There BI Reporting has been fully implemented and is no longer considered a BETA release. To remove the BETA label, click the Reset Menu action icon on the Control Panel.

IMPORTANT: Clicking Reset Menu returns your Control Panel menu options to the default order. If you have modified the order of the menus on the Control Panel, we recommend that you take a screenshot or make a note of their order before clicking Reset Menu so that you can easily return them to your preferred order.

All data views will be delivered by 15C.1.

DATA VIEW ENHANCEMENT

The Enrollment Progress Data View has been updated to include/display Roster Custom fields. This means any standard or custom report using Enrollment Progress will now have the Roster custom fields available for selection.

MY TEAM SUPPORT

You can now give Supervisors access BI Reporting from the My Team dynamic object. All BI Reporting functionality that is available to Admins from the Control Panel is now available to Supervisors through My Team.

IMPORTANT: Data is maintained on a per User/per Role/per LearnCenter basis. If you are an Admin and a Supervisor, what you do in BI Reporting on the Control Panel is not reflected on the My Team dynamic object (and vice versa). What you do in one LearnCenter is not reflected in other LearnCenters to which you have access.

If you have multiple My Team dynamic objects in the same LearnCenter, you will see the same data in all My Team dynamic objects that have BI Reporting available. If you run a report in one My Team dynamic object, you will see that in the history for the other My Team dynamic objects that have the same reports available.

You can give Supervisors the ability to filter results on direct and indirect reports in the setup for My Team.

CHANGES TO THE MY TEAM SETUP WIZARD

The Insight tab has been renamed to Reporting. A new BI Reporting standard reports section has been added to the Reporting tab, and the Insight Reporting section has been moved to the bottom of the page.

Click to highlight the reports that you want to include for Supervisors to use on the My Team dynamic object.

NEW SUPERVISOR PERMISSIONS

There are new Supervisor Permissions for BI Reporting so that you can decide who should and should not have access to BI Reporting.

What you select here affects whether BI Reporting appears on the My Team Actions drop-down menu, and what options Supervisors will see.

By default, Supervisors are not automatically granted the User Permissions for Create & Edit Reports. You can grant permission to those individuals who need access.

NEW BI REPORTING ACTION ON MY TEAM DROP-DOWN

Once Supervisors have been granted the BI Reporting Supervisor permissions, there is a new BI Reporting option visible on the Actions drop-down list.

Selecting this option opens the BI Reporting window for My Team.

All standard reports that the Admin selected during the setup of the My Team dynamic object display here. All actions displayed on the page are governed by the Supervisor’s permissions. Supervisors can use the check boxes on the left side of the dynamic object to filter what displays on the page. Supervisors can modify the standard reports to create custom reports.

DIRECT/INDIRECT EMPLOYEE SELECTION

There is a pre-existing check box on the Filter tab for the My Team setup wizard called Include Indirect Reports. Selecting this check box gives Supervisors the ability to filter results for any report that has Users to either show or hide their indirect reports. (Indirect reports are Users who report to your direct reporters.)

This check box can also be used for BI Reporting reports. When Supervisors run any User-related reports from My Team (The report setup has a Users tab), such as the Enrollments Report, and the Admin selected the Include Indirect Reports check box in the My Team dynamic object setup wizard, the corresponding filter appears for Supervisors on the report.

The check box also appears as an option if Supervisors select individual Users for the report.

Supervisors can select the check box to include indirect reports in their report results, or clear the check box to include only their direct reports in the results.

BI DESKTOP PUBLISHER ADD-IN

BIP Desktop Publisher is an advanced customization tool that enables you to do advanced layout customizations for your reports using Microsoft® Word® to create an RTF layout file. In the RTF file, you can create calculations, summary fields, groupings and more. You can also include Microsoft® Word® charts and graphs on reports. Advanced customizations using this tool can only be performed on custom reports.

NOTE: This is an optional, free tool that you can download. BI Reporting Desktop is not required to use BI Reporting in LearnCenter.

In addition to the BI Publisher Desktop specific documentation that comes standard with the tool, Oracle Learn Cloud has provided you with simple instructions for using BI Publisher Desktop with LearnCenter (available right here in this “What’s New” document, in online help, and on Customer Connect). Oracle Learn Cloud Support is available should you need assistance with downloading sample data files or uploading files back to LearnCenter. For questions about using Microsoft® Word® to format your files, refer to Microsoft® Word® online help.

The basic workflow for downloading and using this tool is:

1. Download and install the BI Publisher Desktop. (Instructions provided in the following section.) 2. In LearnCenter, run the report you want at least one time. This enables the Modify Layout

option, and you can proceed to the next steps. 3. Download the sample data file in .XML format from LearnCenter. 4. Import the sample data into Microsoft® Word®. 5. Create the layout file in Microsoft® Word®. 6. Save the Microsoft® Word® layout file document as an .RTF. 7. Upload the .RTF to LearnCenter.

DOWNLOADING THE FREE ADD-IN

To obtain the free tool, do the following:

1. Visit: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/bi-publisher/downloads/index.html. 2. Sign in using your Oracle credentials if you already have one.

Or Sign up and create an Oracle account if you do not already have one.

3. Click the Accept License Agreement option under BI Publisher Downloads.

4. Scroll down to locate Oracle BI Publisher 11g Enterprise 11.1.1.9.0.

5. Click the hyperlink for the appropriate version for your computer; either 32 bit or 64 bit.

If you are running 32 bit Microsoft® Office®, select 32 bit. If you are running 64-bit Office, select 64 bit. If you do not know what version you are running, check the properties of any Microsoft Office program on your computer.

IMPORTANT: If you are running Microsoft Office 2010, you must select 32 bit.

6. Click Save File. 7. Double-click the file to begin the installation of either BIPublisherDesktop64.exe or

BIPublisherDesktop32.exe (depending on which version you selected). 8. Follow prompts to install the software. 9. Once installed, a Microsoft® Word® document automatically opens containing documentation

for BI Publisher Desktop. (Note that these were written for BI Publisher Desktop, but not the Learn product specifically.) If the software installed correctly, you will notice the new BI Publisher ribbon in Microsoft® Word®.

10. Click it to view the new menu.

BI Publisher also created a new folder on your computer: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\BI Publisher\BI Publisher Desktop. Additional documentation for BI Publisher Desktop has been placed in a folder here.

NOTE: Documentation specific to using BI Publisher Desktop with Oracle Learn Cloud is provided in here in the What’s New document, on Customer Connect, and in online help.

DOWNLOADING THE SAMPLE DATA FILE

Before you can create a custom layout file for a report, you must generate some sample data for that report. Follow these simple steps to generate and download the sample data file in .XML format.

1. In LearnCenter, run the custom report for which you want to design the layout at least one time. This makes the Modify Layout option become available from the report’s action menu.

IMPORTANT: This menu is only available after you have run a custom report at least one time.

2. Click Modify Layout.

3. Click the Report Sample Data link, and then follow the instructions for your browser to download the sample data file.

NOTE: Do not click Report Default Layout File. You do not need to download the RTF layout file template prior to bringing the sample data into the BI Publisher Microsoft® Word® add-in.

What is downloaded is a generic layout file (a simple table based on our current tabular outputs to date). This template contains no field data. It is presented here should you want to continue the layout we have introduced. You can now import the file into Microsoft® Word®.

IMPORTING THE SAMPLE DATA FILE INTO MICROSOFT® WORD®

Once you have downloaded the sample data file for a custom report, you can import it into Microsoft® Word® and begin customizing the layout.

1. Open Microsoft® Word®. 2. Click the BI Publisher tab. 3. Click Sample XML on the Microsoft® Word® ribbon.

4. Browse to the location where you saved the sample data file, select it, and click Open.

HINT: Your file will have a name based on this naming convention: <report name>-<date/time stamp>_sampledata.xml. For example: CustomCourseReport-201510271102_sampledata.xml.

Once imported, the following message appears.

5. Click OK.

NOTE: If the file does not import correctly, contact Customer Support to open a service request, and include your sample data file with the request.

6. Design the layout for the report using Microsoft® Word®, and save the file as an .RTF. When you are finished, upload the RTF back to LearnCenter.

UPLOADING THE RTF TO LEARNCENTER

Once you have designed the layout file to meet your needs, upload the file back to the report in LearnCenter.

1. Open LearnCenter, and then navigate to the My Reports folder on the BI Reporting page in the Control Panel.

2. Locate the custom report you created the file for and click Modify Layout from the Actions menu.

3. On the Modify Layout page, either drag the RTF file on to the Drop Document Here or Click to Upload box, or click the Drop Document Here or Click to Upload box to open a browse window, browse to and select the RTF file. The Drop Document Here or Click to Upload box is replaced by an upload progress bar.

When the upload is complete, the Drop Document Here or Click to Upload box returns, along with a link to the RTF layout file.

Your report will now use your custom layout each time it is run (whether ad-hoc or scheduled).

4. Click Back to All Reports to return to BI Reporting main page to run your report.

Once you upload the file, the following changes take place for that report:

• The Edit Report option becomes disabled. This prevents you from potentially changing the data model that is now encapsulated in the RTF. If you need to use the Edit Report option, you must first restore the report to its original layout by removing the custom .RTF (Instructions below).

• The Fields tab on the build/schedule workflow will be hidden (RTF layouts have "hardcoded" columns).

• You cannot use the Interactive output type. That option will be disabled for these reports. If it was selected prior to uploading a custom RTF file, then the default option becomes PDF output.

RESTORING THE REPORT TO THE ORIGINAL LAYOUT

If you decide you no longer want to use the custom layout with the report, you can easily restore the report layout back to its original settings.

1. Open LearnCenter, and then navigate to the My Reports folder on the BI Reporting page in the Control Panel.

2. Locate the custom report.

3. Click Modify Layout from the Actions menu.

4. Click Restore Default Layout.

YOUR CUSTOM LOGO

The default Oracle company logo displayed at the top of the report output can be changed to your company’s logo or some other logo of your choice. Contact Customer Support through My Oracle Support to open a service request to make this change. (Note: If you have already had the logo changed for either Insight Reporting or Transcripts, the same logo will be used for BI Reporting.

WORKFLOW IMPROVEMENTS

Additional Workflow improvements have been added for BI Reporting.

• There is now support for Is Null and Is Not Null options on filters. • Filters can now be set to Blank. • You now have the ability to create custom labels for parameters

NOTE: Only standard text for parameters will be localized.

• Custom fields can be set as filter • You now have the ability to output to .CSV files.

WIDGET ENHANCEMENTS

The Learn Widget feature, introduced in release 15A, has been updated to include new enhancements for the existing Learning Plan Widget. We are also introducing a new Transcript Widget.

NOTE: The bread crumbs depicted in the following illustrations for the Learning Plan and Transcript Widget pages are not available when using Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 8.

WIDGET SETUP WORKFLOW STANDARDIZED

The tabs and work flow for the Add Widget and Edit Widget windows have been simplified and standardized. (Previously, there were some small differences between them.) This standardization will carry forward to all new Widgets we introduce in the future, beginning with the newly released Transcript Widget. In addition, the look and feel of these windows has been updated to match our current User Interface standards. Changes include:

• A Save button on each tab, which replaces the previously-used Next button. Users are no longer forced to proceed through each tab in order, and Save on the final tab.

• The Add window now has the same appearance as the Edit window, with a shaded background instead of white.

Notice that the tabs are in the same order and that the user interface is the same. The Save button is visible at the bottom of each.

NEW DISPLAY ON THE LEARNING PLANS SECTION ADDED TO WIDGET SETUP

A new Display on the Learning Plans section has been added to both Adding and Editing Widget setups.

Admins can select or clear the check boxes in this section to indicate items they want to display or hide from Learning Plans Widgets. For example, if you do not want to display Job Profiles on the Widget, you can remove it from view by clearing the Job Profiles check box.

TAB ORDER REVISED FOR LEARNING PLANS SETUP

The order of the tabs on the Add and Edit Learning Plans wizards (Control Panel > Advanced Learning> Learning Plans) has changed. The Mappings is now the second tab, and Options is now the third tab (the two were swapped).

LEARNING PLAN PERCENT COMPLETE CALCULATION REVISED

The way percent Completed (displayed in multiple locations on the Learning Plan Widget) is calculated has been revised so that it gives a more accurate result. Previously, optional items were automatically counted as completed, which resulted in a completion percentage greater than zero as soon as a User was mapped to a Learning Plan (even without doing any other activity on the plan).

In addition, the calculation did not take into account whether an Admin had indicated a number for Minimum Optional Items for the Learning Plan. All optional items for a Learning Plan were automatically counted as complete, whether Users had completed them or not. This meant there was

the potential for the completion percentage to be calculated as higher than expected or show Learning Plans as 100% complete even if Users still had optional items they were required to do.

The new calculation is based on the number of required items plus the minimum number of optional items, as indicated by the Admin in the Minimum Optional Items field.

NOTE: if a Learning Plan has only optional items, and there is no minimum number of optional items set for the plan, no percentage will be displayed.

REVIEWS ADDED FOR COURSES, CLASSES, AND ENROLLMENTS

You now have the ability to display Reviews for Courses, Classes, and Enrollments on the Learning Plan Widget.

Users can add their own reviews and star ratings directly in the end User view of the Widget, as well as read reviews submitted by other Users. The current User’s star ratings are indicated with blue stars, whereas other Users’ reviews are noted with yellow stars. Users can edit their own ratings. An approval process for reviews is optional.

REVISED DRAG AND DROP

The Drag and Drop box, available for Widget attachments, has been re-imagined. It now provides more intuitive instructions within the box and the box has been enlarged to make it more noticeable to Users.

You no longer have to click a button to initiate the drag-and-drop process. You can simply click the box itself to open a Browse window. From there, you navigate to and double-click the item you want to upload.

Alternatively, you can open a Browse window in a separate browser window, drag a file from that window, and drop it into the Upload box. (If you are using Google Chrome, you can click the box, and then drag and drop a file from that Browse window to the Upload box).

NOTE: The ability to upload and download attachments while using a mobile device may be limited and is specific to the device and its operating system.

CATEGORIES AND CREDITS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO EVENT DETAILS PAGES

Event detail pages accessed from the Widgets now display mapped Categories and Credits.

The following detail pages have been updated to display Categories:

• Assignment • Assessment • Enrollment • ILT session • Courses • Classes

NOTE: If an event is not assigned a Category, the Category label is not displayed on the detail page.

The following event types will now display any mapped Credit names and values:

• Courses • Classes

NOTE: If an event is not assigned a Credit, the Credit label is not displayed on the detail page.

REVISED EXTERNAL TRAINING PAGE

External Training detail is now available through the Widgets when viewed in conjunction with a Training Offering. Previously, External Training information could only be viewed in a Widget from a Training Offering using the Classic Dynamic Object functionality.

Users can edit the External Training page as they can with the dynamic object. Users are able to add attachments to this page.

If the Approval Process is active for External Training, you will see a history of the approval actions taken for the External Training item at the bottom of the detail page.

NEW VIRTUAL ILT PAGE

Virtual Instructor Lead Training is now available through the Widgets when viewed in conjunction with an Enrollment. Previously, Virtual ILT was not available with the Widgets.

As with ILT Sessions, an Enrollment is required to view and enroll in a Virtual ILT Session.

NOTE: All LearnCenter event types are now supported in the Learning Plan Widget.

CLASS DETAIL PAGE DISPLAYS COURSES AND CLASSES MAKING UP THE CLASS

The Learning Plan Widget Class detail page now lists the Courses and Classes that make up a full Class.

MINI DASHBOARD SIMPLIFIED ON X-SMALL PLATFORM

When a Widget page is minimized to fit an extra small display (such as on a mobile device), the mini dashboard is simplified and some of the less critical items are hidden. This was done for improved readability on smaller devices.

In the example above, notice that the Widget has been resized to a smaller format and that only three headers display (Due Date, Items, and Completed). The following are hidden by page:

• Learning Plans (all Learning Plans displayed) - Incomplete, Past due, Due Soon and Complete Counts are not displayed in the mini dashboard

• Learning Plan (single Learning Plan selected) - Items Past Due, Attachments counts are not displayed

• Enrollment - Start Date, Min. Seats, Max. Seats, Attachments counts are not displayed • ILT Session - Start Time, Min Seats, Max Seats counts are not displayed. • Course - Completed Date is not displayed.

The hidden information is still accessible by scrolling down to the event content.

NEW OUT OF SEQUENCE MESSAGE FOR LEARNING PLAN WIDGET

Previously, when a User attempted to enroll or launch on a learning event out of sequence (and sequencing enforced), the action icon (enroll, launch, etc) was dimmed (grayed out) and there was no

visible indicator as to why. Now, when a User opens a learning event out of sequence, a warning message is displayed telling them the event selected is out of sequence.

NEW TRANSCRIPT WIDGET

With this release, we introduce a new Transcript Widget, which provides Users with the history and details of their completed training. The Transcript widget offers:

• Multiple completed training event types listed on a single page , including:

o Enrollments o Assessments/test instances o Assignments o Courses o Classes o External Trainings o ILT Sessions o Learning Plans o Training Offerings o Virtual ILT Sessions

• An export option for reporting completed training

o PDF output for a transcript document o Excel output for off line reporting and analysis

• Ability to view training event detail

When you add a new Widget, notice that Transcript now appears in the drop-down list.

Select it to open the Add Widget window.

Use the Details tab to enter a Name and Description for the Transcript Widget. You can also indicate whether you want to the Widget to be Active (available for use on LearnCenter pages) or Inactive (not available for use on LearnCenter pages).

Use the Content tab to indicate what information you want to display to end Users. You can choose to display Full History, Previous Year to Date, or Current Year to Date. If you select Previous Year to Date or Current Year to Date you can also select the month in which you want that year to start.

You can indicate which item types you want to display on the Widget by selecting the appropriate check boxes (clearing the check boxes hides them from view). Note that some Types may overlap; for example, an ILT Session will have an Enrollment. If both are selected, the Enrollment and the ILT Session will be listed as separate events on the Transcript. You can also indicate how you want multiple attempts to display by selecting or clearing the Completions to Include in the Transcript check box. If you select the Only Show Last Completion check box, only the transcript information for the last attempt is displayed.

Use the Filters tab to indicate what filters you want to make available to end Users on the Widget. Select the check boxes for the filters you want to display, and clear the check boxes for those you do not want to display. By default, the Only include when credits assigned check box is cleared. You can select this or offer the option to only include Transcripts items where there are Credits assigned to them.

Click the Display tab.

Use the Display tab to customize items on the Widget. You can give the Widget Header a custom name. You can opt to display or hide the Mini Dashboard by selecting or clearing the check box. You can

determine the sort order of the results by selecting it from the Default Sort Order drop-down list. You can indicate which labels you want to display on or hide from the transcript by selecting or clearing the check boxes under Display for Transcript.

You can also customize some of these labels by selecting the icon next to the label. A field opens for editing. Type your changes and click to save or to cancel. You can always restore the default label text by clicking Restore Labels, which becomes available for selection once you have changed any of the labels.

TRANSCRIPT WIDGET END USER VIEW

Below is an example of a Transcript Widget as it displays to end Users.

Items are shown in a multi-row format, and you can click the header for each item and see further details.

The Transcript count in the mini dashboard at the top of the page may not always match the number of rows displayed. The number is based on what was selected for the Count for Dashboard Summary option during the Widget setup.

If the list is filtered after opening (for example by a date range or by a specific learning event type) the number of listed items may be less than the count. The count is not updated based on filtering. The count is the total based on the Widget setup option.

Users can click Filters to view a subset of the transcript results on the page. The filters available to end Users depend on what filters you enabled on the Filters tab during Widget setup.

You can also sort the page by Completed Date , either Recent to Old or Old to Recent. The Transcript Widget only displays Completed and Exempt items.

NOTE: The Transcript Widget page is sorted by Completed date, and there is a Widget filter to include all history, last year to date, and current year to date on the display. (This is an option on the Content tab of the Widget wizard.)

Since learning events with status Exempt do not have a completed date, there are some things to consider:

• Unless the Widget displays full history, Exempt items will not be included. If it displays Last year to Date or Current Year to Date, the Widget is based on the Completed Date, so Exempt items are not included.

• The list of items will sort by Completed Date. Since Exempt items do not have a completed date, they will be at the beginning or end, depending on the sort option.

• If a date range filter is used, any start date that is specified will exclude all exempt items.

Users can click the Certificate icon to view and print certificates. They also have the ability to export the entire transcript to either PDF or Microsoft Excel format. The content of the exported transcript is based on the current sort order and selected filters.

If Users click Download Files from the Export drop-down, a download manager window opens.

This window lets you check the status of the export. It also displays the last three versions of each download type so that Users can quickly access their last few transcript exports. Information about the filter and sort options for each exported transcript in the list can be accessed by clicking . To open an exported transcript, click the Transcript link next to the item you want.

The transcript opens in either a PDF reader or Microsoft Excel. The columns in the transcript are based on the check box selections you made in the Display for Transcript section of the on the Display tab of the Transcript setup window.

You can save the opened transcript file to your computer or network drive.

The default Oracle company logo displayed at the top of the Transcript output can be changed to your company’s logo or some other logo of your choice. Contact Customer Support through My Oracle Support to open a service request to make this change. (Note: If you have already had the logo changed for either Insight Reporting or BI Reporting reports, the same logo will be used for Transcripts.

NEW LEARNCENTER COURSE PLAYER - BETA

We are introducing a BETA version of a new course player called the LearnCenter Course Player, which works exclusively with the new Widget features. You launch the player from a Course in a Learning Plan or Transcript Widget. LearnCenter Course Player uses “Responsive Design”, which we also used to develop the Widget feature. The term “Responsive Design” means that the player can easily scale to an appropriate size based on the viewing area of the device being used (a PC monitor, laptop, tablet, or phone).

For optimal use, consider using course content that was also developed using responsive design standards. Course content that does not use responsive design standards will still play using the LearnCenter Course Player, but the output may contain scroll bars or other elements that are not considered conducive to “responsive design.”

This BETA version of the LearnCenter Course Player launches with single SCO, SCORM 1.2 content. If there are multiple SCOs, pre assessments, post assessments, feedback forms, eSignatures or anything associated with eCommerce associated with a Course, it will open using the Standard Course Player. If Multiple Attempts is active, additional attempts will open in the LearnCenter Course Player. However, if Multiple Attempts is not active, and a User has previously completed a Course, the User Preview launches in the Standard Course Player for User Preview.

NOTE: The Standard Course Player will continue to function and be supported for the foreseeable future.

Additional content types will be supported in future releases of the LearnCenter Course Player.

If you are using an older, legacy browser such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 8, when you attempt to launch a course, you will be redirected to the Standard Course Player.

LAUNCHING THE NEW COURSE PLAYER

The new LearnCenter Course Player launches when you select a single SCO, SCORM 1.2 Course link from within either a Learning Plan Widget or Transcript Widget. When the new Course Player is available, a play is visible on the Widget detail page, instead of the Launch icon (which is associated with the Standard Course Player).

Click to launch the LearnCenter Course Player.

The content opens as embedded within the Widget, similar to other modern Internet video services like YouTube™.

There is also a full page mode.

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

You can activate the LearnCenter Course Player in a new LearnCenter Course Player BETA section of the Course Options page.

Select Yes to make it active for the current LearnCenter, No to deactivate it (use the classic player), or Inherited to inherit the setting of the parent LearnCenter. By default, No is selected for all LearnCenters.

Remember that for this BETA release, the LearnCenter Course Player is only available for use with Widgets and for single SCO, SCORM 1.2 content. If there are pre assessments, post assessments, feedback forms, eSignatures or anything associated with eCommerce associated with a Course, it will open in the Standard Course Player.
