Creation of Kertios Consulting

The company was founded in Paris by Xavier Boissonnet and

Jean-Paul Choquel and operated for the first 6 years exclusively in

France.

What is Oracle E-Business Suite

▪ The history of Oracle E-Business Suite began in the late 1980s, when an Oracle UK division

created an application for finance. The base release of R12 (12.0) was launched on 31 January

2007. The current version, E-Business Suite R12.2, was released in September 2013.

▪ Oracle E-Business Suite is a set of integrated business applications provided by Oracle. It brings

together a list of applications that help businesses with a wide range of processes.

▪ Oracle E-Business Suite contains more than 100 products designed to support various business

processes in many industries.

▪ The package includes products that enable businesses to manage finances, logistics, inventory,

production and sales, marketing, supplier and customer relations, as well as effectively build their

HR policy and accounting.

▪ The software package includes mobile applications that support iOS and Android. They can be

used on smartphones and tablets.

Azerconnect is a JV of 2 leading Mobile operators in Azerbaijan, Bakcell and

Azerfon. In 2012 Bakcell purchased IBM Maximo, an Asset Management system

and started the implementation project. The end of the implementation project was

planned for July 2013 but was not achieved.

Goals of the Assessment project

• Review Design deliverables against Maximo good project practices
