    The client is a Gulf based retailer thatspecializes in Fashion/Sports retailing.They have around four different retailchains and presence across Gulf with morethan 20 stores on prime locations. They areexpanding heavily and building on retailhorizon by acquiring more retail chains.They are also planning to expandgeographically.

    Business Challenge

    The client needed to implement OracleRetail Enterprise and Store Solutions toenhance scalability, reliability andavailability of software solutions. Theexisting product is not able to meet theexpansion planning expectations.

    In order to meet this requirement, the clientneeded a strategic partner that wouldimplement Oracle Retail Store Solutionsand ensure that the product is rolled outwith zero defects across stores.
