We offer a complete system package. Using a two-tier approach; we will provide both a comprehensivesoftware suite that was designed from the ground-up to manage the optical store you administer, as wellas hardware that was designed to keep the software running smoothly and securely. Additionally, weprovide training to you and your staff to use both hardware and software effectively

THE HARDWARE

The separation of data and device -- instead of storing critical business information on each computer onthe store premises, we will store your company’s information in our state-of-the-art data centre. We will dothis by using a type of computer called a thin client. A thin client is a modern, smart device that letscompanies run computer applications at lower up-front and ongoing cost and with greater security thanwith PCs. These computers are small, lightweight machines that have no moving parts; and as a resultare up to ten times more reliable than a PC, saving significant cost over the life of the device. Since thinclients do not store data on the device, they are viruses resistant, protect important data, and eliminatethe need for desktop backups, hence they are much more secure than PCs

We will provide the computing environment that is resistant to viruses, hackers, and physical damage ofdata. We will provide your company access to our systems, which are housed in a state-of-the-art ultra-secure data centre which include the following features

With features such as, customer management, adaptive scheduling, lay-a-way management, inventorymanagement, and a medical research center – just to name a few – OptiStore® ONE is the only opticalstore management software you’ll ever need. In fact, we will even train you and your staff to becomeexperts on how to use the software to its optimal use.

SERVICES:

Due to rapid technological advancements in computer hardware and software, most merchants fear thattheir equipment will soon become obsolete. With the use of our supplied thin clients your business willhave lower ongoing capital expenditures - because applications run on servers - not the desktop - thinclient appliances can last longer, reducing ongoing capital expenditures by as much as 85% over eightyears, compared to PCs. Furthermore, because thin clients have no moving parts, the device is up to tentimes more reliable than a PC, saving significant cost over the life of the device; hence providing greaterreliability.

We will train you and your staff how to use OptiStore ONE. We will also help set-up the system, as wellas computerize the entire inventory. Most merchants have appreciated this service, as it gave them theconfidence to use the system effectively.

The Retail Formula Editor allows you to specify the price of item based on three simplefactors: supplier, Make and Type. Once the information has been set, all future entries thatmatch the established formula criteria will automatically use the established pricing formula.

Specify Multiplier, and constant.

Round cost prices to the nearest tens.

Establish minimum retail pricing so that the formula never estimates a price below aspecified value.

The retail formula is generally used as a guide, and it in no way restricts you to selling youritems at the price it suggests.
